Poor connection
This app has a poor Bluetooth connection that links to your truck with a Verizon connect constantly has disconnected issues call customer support still has issues. It works when it wants to, and if the apps running more than two hours, it’ll automatically de Bluetooth even with the updates. It doesn’t change anything Verizon thinks it’s the updates. Need to be always updated even if you do all the updates. Your tablet or phone is up-to-date. Still connection is you. Good luck with this app. It’s the only one my work uses, and it constantly has problems. Something needs to be fixed.

Too many issues
Does not certify logs. It’s running a day behind the actual day. Takes 2 days before the wrong day of log is even available to try and certify. This app has so many problems that it needs to be removed immediately from use!!!!!
Worst customer service
Used this for over the road semi truck. The app logs violations where none exist. Customer service is all in India, and it takes at least a week if not more to resolve any issues. I switched to Blue Ink Tech and the customer service is beyond amazing compared to Verizon. Stop supporting garbage companies that don’t support customers.

Resource intensive, prone to crashes
Have used this app for about 3 years now because of my companies choice. After this amount of time I have learned a lot about this app. This app will crash often, hangs up frequently, get stuck on “driving” consistently even when vehicle is off. Overall while the rest of the software may be good as I’ve never used that side, the drivers side is absolutely terrible. 0/5 if I could. It barely works for the bare minimum…

Freezes constantly
This app is not good!! If it didn’t have the problem of constantly freezing like after every time you make an edit or switch you status or really do anything on the app then it would be a decent app. I unfortunately have to use it tho because it’s what my employer decided that we should be using. Please fix this problem! Professional people need to use this on a daily basis and we should not have to deal with these issues! Tell me why I can go on facebook app or any app that’s meant for pleasure and have no issues but this one that I use for my job is riddled with bugs and freezes all the time!

Worst ELD in the market
Just started with a new company and this is the system they use. Unfortunately, it’s the worst one I’ve ever used. Constantly saying the Bluetooth needs to be turned off and back on, it disconnects and reconnects at random, you can’t see recap hours AND to top it all off, you can’t do a split break!!!! Every time I’ve tried a split break, the clock will show my 14hr clock has frozen BUT when I start driving it takes all my time away that was frozen!!! Hey Verizon, please fix these issues

Worst ELD app I have ever used. Very poor tech support. Numerous false warnings and violations. Very limited ability to make edits.
Read first
After 6 months of using it, I’d recommend other to looks into other ELD providers first. I’m a fleet owner of 16 trucks and every day I have at least 2-3 drivers complain. I switched over from samsara, because of the price but definitely regret. It is not Driver friendly, On the admin side you have to struggle to find what you want, and worst of all my customers complain that the tracking of loads and doesn’t update. Just save your time and money and search elsewhere.

Doesn’t keep accurate logs. Have to close and open several times to do something. It disconnect from the truck several times while driving or giving an error that you’re driving for more than eight hours when you’re gonna stop for three there’s a lot of upgrades that need to be done to fix this software.

Non-functional
My Company just started using this app and it doesn’t work. Login, pair the blue tooth, on duty add truck and trailer then locked up after edit the trailer. Can’t edvir the truck, can’t go to drive status. App is useless.

I have been running this platform on and off with the company I’m with for the better part of 7 years… In the 7 years of operating this app I have gotten more log book violations than I have anything else…. I’ve gotten falsified log tickets I’ve gotten warnings cause it doesn’t log towns or glitched and puts you on service halfway through your break…. Just all things that a good eld system should NOT do. And honestly their customer support and service is horrible!!!! 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this platform!!

Poorest eld app ever used
This thing is the most horrible eld app I have ever used. Who did they make this app for because it sure wasn’t a driver. You put the thing on yard move it will just kick over to driving and ruin a 30 minute break. Thats just an example. Im pretty sure they developed this app for inspectors because it does great pointing out everything for them

Glitch from time changing
There’s a glitch from time changing on November 3rd that’s preventing my drivers from certifying that day. Please fix issue
No exemption rule
Nowhere in this app can I find the 30 minute exemption rule for oversized vehicles. I currently have to explain in Pretrip and post trip so officers don’t write me up for not taking break. Please make this easier like other products

Split break
Recently, the split break is not being recognized. It MIGHT recognize the first break, but then doesn’t give the time you took off for the first break when you log the second split.

Do I need an alert to certify todays log before the day is even over? No. The answer is no. Looks like the development team here are bots. If only there was something a billion dollar global company could do to run a proper app.
