Not working on the iPhone anymore
REVO has been excellent for my security needs (cameras and remote viewing), until recently 8/3/2021. I cannot use my iPhone to view my cameras. My iPhone version is 14.7.1.
The last REVO version was updated to iOS 13x.

UPDATE the APP for IOS
HELLO Developer please make an UPDATE for IOS user!!!! It worked fine this morning and now it stopped working altogether!! It was a nice app!! Not no more
Unable to access DVR
Please update. No longer can view using LTE or 4G and has problems accessing live view from home using WiFi. Only works if you connect at WiFi from location the dvr is located.
The app keeps crashing when you do search
The app works only when I watch live. If you wanna search a time it crashes. Bad update
Useless
This app simply does not work no matter what settings you use. Worked for a little while when first installed. Defeats the purpose of wanting to monitor your cameras when away from home. Will be getting a complete new system.
No support
App worked fine for a couple of years. Now i can no longer record or snap pics with it. Support just ignore my requests about the issue. I suspect that app developer is no longer supporting the app and as devices upgrade os the app is not getting updated. I used a apple iphone - great product at a competitive price point but lack of support will do a product in every time

Not user friendly
No wonder this app has two stars. It does not tell you at all how to hook up to your dvd all it says in the booklet is see instructions for mobile on the cd. Go there and it says the exact same thing. I have no idea how to view my cameras on this app..
Works but needs improvement
The App works fine on my iPhone 7plus. But it needs a way to keep track of my settings. NVR is 16 channel capable but I only have 7 cameras. EVERY time I go into the app it goes into the 16 camera view and I have to change it. If the app gets put into the background for any reason, I have to log back in and start over. Even if I have to log back in, it would be nice if it went back to where I was. I also have one camera oriented in the vertical mode. Would be nice if it displayed that way. The biggest hassle though is that it doesn’t remember my settings for screen format.

UPDATE
this app desperately needs an update. Can’t check recoded playback, can’t search for footage. All I can do is live feed. Bugs need to be removed.

App hasn’t worked since IOS 12 update. Developers haven’t released an update in over 2 years.

Total waste of time. Thank god I didn’t pay anything for it. Will stick with Samsung.

I have been using the mobile app with no issues for at least four years now. All of a sudden, it has stopped working.... I’m guessing it has something to do with the iOS 11 upgrade and that is unacceptable. This will be a reason to not upgrade to a new REVO system when I’m ready to do so. UPDATE: issues are all resolved!!!!!! Thanks!!

Freezing app
There’s an issue with the app where I press the dvr name to view the cameras and it just freezes and nothing happens. This has been going on all day.

Haven’t seen garbage like this since the 90’s
Same account, same location, same dvr, same cameras - worked for about a year now no connection between the dvr and the app. Constant scan fail error.
Not only does Revo’s interface look like DOS from the 90’s, it’s about as dependable as software from the 90’s - kind of the OPPOSITE of what you REQUIRE for a security system.

Outdated iPhone Only
The old Revo app will no longer work with iOS after updating to iOS 11. This was never an iPad app anyway so please create an app that works! I can't log into my system at all with this one so will have to hold back from iOS 11 on my other devices until REVO gets serious about their systems. This should really have no stars but that choice wasn't an option.

Crashing Junk
App continues to crash and disconnect. Very frustrating.

Used to work until cameras started going out and so when I fixed them and tried to look at them again, the revo app won't work. Tries to delete and download again and now NOTHING. No phone number to call. ANNOYING!

I was looking for a update and saw the low reviews... Must be there competition, cause my stuff is old covered and in a quarter inch of dirt on top a false ceiling running strong over 4 years now! Two thumb clicks and I am looking at every inch of my business.
