Not all features work
Update: It has been several months since I began having trouble entering new duration codes and the problem has persisted. Now tonight the app will not allow me to enter a code at all.
We have had this lock for a year for our Airbnb. The video feature rarely works. You cannot go below the 10s delay. The notifications only work sometimes. Today I received a wandering alarm, but there was no video for be found in the app. And as of recently it takes several attempts to set a short term duration code for my guests.

Not all features work

Buggy app
No one responds to emails to help and app claims to update but nere does. Everytine i want to change a function in the camera i get a system fail message sfter a 5sec load.
Can’t login - Useless App
Have tried messaging them to fix the app requiring you to login every time and no response. Now I can’t login at all. Will have to replace it.
Log outs
The app logs out automatically every week or so.
Add the option to leave it logged in. There is no reason I should have to constantly enter my credentials.

Won’t stay logged in
Logging in every couple weeks is a hassle. Just let me stay logged in so I continue to get notifications
Great support.
So far this lock and app are working great. We installed the lock and started setting up users. We noticed when a user users their pin the app didn’t tell us which user unlocked the door. Just door unlocked by user. I reached out to support and they were quick to respond. Said they would add the feature to the next update. Now we can see in the logs who unlocked the door. Lock is working great and superb customer support. Thank you. Keep us the great work.

Won’t connect to my wifi
Easy to install and looks nice but will not connect to my WiFi.
It wants my wifi name but won’t acknowledge the password but rather insists on using the password I setup for the app and gives voice feedback but fails every time bc the app password is not my wifi password.
Tried firing me to connect to some random Chinese WiFi or something which seems a bit shady.
2 stars for easy install and holds you hostage at the WiFi setup bc the video and everything else require WiFi or it will not operate beyond the locking function.
I do not recommend this product.

Terrible UI
I just completed my installation of this lock and I have to say that this is the worst UI I’ve had to deal with in a long time. I have an iPhone Xs and trying to ‘go back’ in this app is impossible! I have to close the app and start over EVERY SINGLE TIME! The back buttons conflict with the time at the top of my screen and, when I turned that off, are simply non responsive.

Easy to Set Up
App works seamlessly with Revolo video door locks. I had no issues setting up, viewing video, locking or unlocking. App is feature filled and functional.
Useless
Can’t set up as instructed because QR code on device is invalid and no other alternative provided. Customer support website is also invalid. Waste of time and money!
App works 15-20% on a good day
The app crashes and logs itself out constantly. Now it says “No User Checked” and neither signup nor forget password works.
