Doesn’t work with iPhone 17 pro max.
Extremely disappointing for professionals the app isn’t optimized for the newest iPhones.
I run a 360 photo booth business, and I depend on the RevoSpin app for live events. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, one of the newest and most capable devices available. To my surprise, the app displayed a warning saying my device is “not recommended” for best performance.
This makes absolutely no sense. A brand new flagship iPhone should deliver the best performance, not be flagged as incompatible. Instead of improving workflow at my event, this message caused unnecessary stress during a paid holiday booking.
Professional operators invest in the latest equipment to deliver the best experience to clients. For an app as crucial as RevoSpin, falling behind on device compatibility is unacceptable. It gives the impression that the software is outdated and not being maintained at the level the industry requires.
RevoSpin needs to urgently update their application to fully support the iPhone 17 series. Many of us upgrade specifically for stability and performance we shouldn’t be penalized for using the most current hardware.
Until this is fixed, the app feels unreliable and out of touch with the needs of real event professionals. The hardware is great, but the software is falling behind.

Já uso o revospin a anos , adoro ele , porém do nada parou de funcionar , alguma previsão de voltar ? Estou com clientes reclamando pois até os links estão fora do ar

I’ve been using RevoSpin for a over a year and haven’t seen new updates . I use it for free because I don’t think it’s worth paying $100 month for this app. You can update your phone or the app because the videos will delete which that shouldn’t happen on an app we should be able to update our phones without videos deleting .

The app is great! Just very pricey and would be good for cheaper price monthly or even one off fee would be good to purchase app.
Unreliable and Frustrating
I’ve used RevoSpin for five events and there’s been an issue every single time — from unexpected watermarks to music not playing right and videos not sharing properly. The app is confusing about the recording length — it says 6 minutes max but it varies every time you hit record, which makes it unpredictable at live events. On top of that, sharing videos is painfully slow even with perfect service — clients stand around awkwardly waiting for their video to load. I was also double charged after canceling and had to buy another plan on the spot just to fix problems the app caused. Support is slow and hard to reach. Not worth the stress — I’m done with RevoSpin and switching to something better.

Issue
The app is very user friendly but sometimes it doesn’t finish recording the video and stops unexpectedly, like 3 or 4 times during the same event. It’s very frustrating.

NEVER AGAIN
Not only have we supported Revo spin in their store, we also have been using their app for a while now. We know the ins and outs and I can tell you that you’re better looking elsewhere for a different app, even if you’re using Revo products. They offer no support and for the price, I expect better technology for this app. Day of our event, we were trying to purchase this app but it kept crashing and we had to use a different app, which we prefer much more now. But I wish someone would have told me that this software is not trustworthy or easy to use. Don’t waste your time and money!!!

Unpredictable
I use this service for my 360 Photo Booth business, and unfortunately, this app is consistently unreliable. At my last two events, it crashed in the middle of sessions, causing significant disruptions. Additionally, I've experienced instances where it failed to send out the videos entirely. Thankfully, the videos are saved to my phone, allowing me to send them to my clients manually, but this is not what I expect from a service costing $50 a month. While the app is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and more convenient than most alternatives, its unpredictability has left me searching for another solution.

I love how easy it is to use.

The application has deteriorated a lot, I even paid for the pro subscription and the video froze, it did not do its basic function. I closed the app and reopened it to see if it was solved and nothing. I called and wrote so that they would refund my payment and they never respond, I looked bad in an event trying to solve it by another means because the app never worked.

Optimization for latest phone (iPhone 15 pro max)
Would give it 5 stars if the optimization for the iPhone 15 pro max is fixed (it only has iPhones from 12 to 14’s fixed). I want clearer image on my videos!
Company does not respond to support requests.
Beyond lacking features that set it apart from a simple photo sharing app, the company’s servers are unreliable, their billing system does not cancel subscriptions, the support staff cannot resolve issues, and no one will email you back. This app left us out in the cold DURING an event. I have since switched to Touchpix and could not be happier. 0/10 do not recommend.

Toda hora o aplicativo fecha quando estamos rodando os vídeos na plataforma, o cliente tem que voltar e fazer de novo, fora que as vezes não salva na galeria de fotos e também tem vezes que não aparece a contagem regressiva e não grava, tem que ficar desligando o celular no meio do evento para o aplicativo voltar e parar de dar esses erros
