So many of the establishments I had entered on this app have gone out of business but there’s no way to delete them. ANNOYING!
Pathetic
There are no rewards. You can’t withdraw anything. No one answers the phone, and they don’t respond to emails.
Clunky and confusing
Gamified design that puts too much in your face while penalising you for withholding certain personal data like your birthday or Instagram. Not one of the apps aligned with contemporary user-centred data privacy concerns. While it’s theoretically a sensible idea to leverage people’s craving for coffee rewards to help businesses attract and retain customers (good!) this app is complicated, overstuffed and demands far too much of my personal information. Won’t be using it at my cafe.

Apple wallet feature
Would be great to be able to add the code to Apple wallet rather than having to access the app.
Why suddenly demand a password?
I have used rewardle for my daily coffee for years but today it wanted a formal login with password. Disgusted. I don’t have the password. Will return to a card.

The functionality of this app is poor. Too many pieces of the puzzle need to be in line for a simple transaction. Vendors have no incentive to keep their devices online.
Privacy concern
I am not providing my mobile number to you for the purpose of collecting coffee stamps, and there is no option to opt out of 2FA. So the only choice to uninstall.

A barely functioning app, poorly designed and implemented. Doesn’t feel like a professional iOS app.
Can’t even search the list of card vendors, and the Back button disappears! Worse, other reviews make it clear that these problems have existed for years. Abandoned app?

Such a bad experience. Horribly designed and too busy. Going to convince my local business to stop using it.
My places list need updating
Hi, how do I delete cafes from my places that have closed for good or stopped using Rewardle? I have a number of cafes I want to remove from the list.
You don’t get my location data
Can’t even get through the registration process without allowing access to location data, so you don’t get me as a customer. Massive invasion of privacy with no way of not allowing if you want to register. Luckily my local cafe is ditching your rubbish system.
Can’t even see rewards history….
Want to see the history of when you have added a coffee to your rewards balance? NO CAN DO. tf?? Such a basic function. Please add it.

The few places that I have used Rewardle in Perth, Western Australia, appear to have gone back to stamping or punching ‘Loyalty’ cards.
I’m guessing that they had people coming in for a free coffee that had never bought one from them, and too few regulars used the app.
The card system works well to reward you for patronising a local, often independent business, and they don’t need to have an expensive electronic tablet on the counter.

Awful and pointless
Been accumulating rewards for years.
Can now see “rewards” to redeem
Either a coffee subscription service which you pay for …or a food delivery service that you pay for. That’s it. Very pot choice and poor rewards anyhow

not updating points. admin fee per order seems high
Makes it easy pre order but then my points don't get updated. they fixed it manually once but never again. It should be done automatically when you order. i emailed but never heard back.
User for one or two years now
I think after spending a few grand to get $5 off, once, I reckon this is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Would be so much better if the auctions section didn’t keep crashing. Also more partnerships with vendors to redeem ribbons would be better
