Super reliable and easy to use
Love the mobile experience using rhombus, very reliable and stable. It’s feature rich but I feel like I could hand this to my 70 year old dad and he could figure it out. My favorite feature which probably is a minor one is the ability to pause and snooze alerts.
Easy to use
I love that I can remotely unlock from my phone or wave to unlock. Simple controls and clean look.
Doesn’t warning anymore
Since over a week my camera is not showing any movement or activity at night and when I there is no alert. We ha a R2 camera.
The Tesla of camera systems
I was so frustrated by our old DVR-based camera system and thought “Why isn’t there something like Nest or Ring but for businesses?” Which is how I found Rhombus. At first my low-voltage vendor was dubious about it, but after I convinced him to install it for me he became a fan and is now installing Rhombus systems everywhere. The cameras themselves are great, high resolution, work well in low light, etc. But it’s all the intelligence built into the software that really impresses me. The installation was super fast and smooth, the integration with our access control system was insanely easy, the setup was seamless, the intelligent notifications are actually useful and actionable... I’m really happy to finally have a modern system that functions the way I feel like it should. And I sleep better knowing I have a system that provides enhanced security instead of the “security theater” I had before.

Best system for business
We have more than 100 cameras so far with Rhombus and they work flawless. The app and software make it even better. Great product
