今の安静時心拍数がいいのか悪いのかがコンプリケーションの色で一目で分かるので睡眠時間や運動の負荷を考える時の参考にしてます。
コンプリケーションの表示方法について1点だけ要望です。
現状は安静時心拍数が低いときにゲージが少なく(悪く)見えてしまうため、ゲージは常にフル表示・ドットで位置を表現してほしいです。他アプリのHRV Trackerど同様のイメージです。
ご検討よろしくお願いします。

Finally!! I can now use RHR on the iWatch
The RHR info on the iWatch is woefully deficient. It does not give a suitable overview of this important metric and is more a measure of your lowest HR as the day goes on. That is not RHR. This app provides that in an easy to format. Much greater information.

I have been looking for an app where it can provide me with all the RHR readings throughout the day. My search is over. Actually, this is the only app I have found with a very easy interface that display and track this valuable information about your heart. The watch complication is great and I really like how the app tracks the minimum and maximum RHR results daily. The RHR is an important metric that can tell you a lot about your heart and overall health. This app is very helpful because the Apple Health App only record the last RHR reading while this one tracks all the readings captured during the day. Also, you can view your RHR readings for the entire week. You can set daily notifications and log your highest or lowest results.
Customer service is superb! I had some questions and all my questions were immediately answered. This is another wonderful application from the developers who created HRV Tracker.
