This is mine and my husbands go to place. We love the food the atmosphere and the service is amazing!!! Highly recommend.

Love The Place!
Awesome fantastic food at a good price! The Sherman location has the leanest, tastiest ribs that I’ve ever had anywhere but the best thing is consistency - the quality of the food and how it’s prepared and cooked is the same anytime of the day and any day of the week it tastes the same today as it tasted a week ago and that is a great thing because lots of restaurants cant maintain consistency because every cook is different but to maintain the same quality and the same taste means they follow guidelines and directions in the kitchen and I truly appreciate that as a customer.

What happened?
App used to be fine but janky now. Always popping up with some kid of error when selecting food. Was once simple touch and go. Slower now. Very irritating
Old version was better
I can’t ask for stuff on the side or extra dressing, butter, or cheese. Please fix.
Ruined
I love rib crib but the app has ruined it for people who eat plain and dry cheese burgers . They have made it so you HAVE to get something on the burger and putting it on the side does nothing. Plus the fact you can’t have no ice or flavors anymore has just made it harder .

Terrible new app
The new app and loyalty card are awful. Trying to order the Big 3 Combo but you can’t get the free chips and salsa without ordering queso. Tried to redeem my points for $10 off. Took my points but didn’t apply the discount. Too many bugs in this app.
One of my favorites
I absolutely love the red crib and Hutchinson, Kansas waitress and waitresses are wonderful. 75% of the time I get my food out very quickly. Sometimes I would even say too quickly. I can’t finish my alcoholic beverage. Lol one of my favorite places to eat here.
App seems to always not be working
Can never log into app when I need. Invalid token error. Please fix
Slow service
We were seated promptly on arrival. We then had to notify the hostess that we had been waiting for 20 plus minutes for a server to come. The hostess finally came and took our drink and appetizer order. I could go on about how long it took between parts of the meal. In total it took an hour and forty-five minutes for the meal. There was no manager anywhere in sight.
