I am constantly having issues with the program freezing or the printer losing connection. I have associated it with app updates. Every time there seems to be an update, I have issues. I still CAN NOT scan an item to search for it!

I have used the system for a few years now. We love it as do our vendors. Perfect? No but they are always updating it. Open to suggestions and quick to respond! Highly recommend…
Cash payment
It doesn’t make sense that the cash drawer only opens when a receipt is requested. It even opens for a credit card payment when a receipt is requested. It should open for every cash sale. Even if you are not making change you will have to put the money in the drawer
Bad design
The developers of this app have taken the web interface and put it on the web store rather than making this a true iPad OS app experience. The most glaring design flaw (not a bug according to them) is that the payment field is too small and pre-populated and there is no numeric keypad, so when entering a cash payment you need to hope you can get the cursor to the beginning of the field. Then you need to delete the four characters they put in by default an enter your amount. It’s not intuitive or user friendly. For all the positive features this software has, this glaring design defect on a basic function makes it very difficult to use efficiently.
