A lot of hassle for little benefit
Opened app. Had to add money. Tried to go 15min. Needed 4 bikes despite battery being supposed ok. Lucky to make it back to start. Beware. No battery. No go. But will charge u. Spent 20$ for 20min of riding

Horrible experience
Rented 2 scooters. One was fine, basically no issues. The other just randomly stopped working and refused to pause or end the ride even after restarting phone, redownloading the app, etc. had to walk it back to town.
Súper buggy
In Aruba and downloaded and reinstalled several times on my iPhone 15 pro max. Always received the same error message asking me to retry opening the app. Disappointing
Ride won’t end
Used these twice and both times the ride would not end and continue to add on time. Also we rented 2 bikes at once and both shut down due to low battery even though the app said both were adequately charged forcing us to get on another scooter. In the end I was charged $22 for 1km ride.
So much fun!
Such a fun way to see ARUBA! A must try for beginner to expert rider!
Denied my Refund
The app isn’t compatible with my phone. It did let me purchase the $30 day pass but wouldn’t continue to the next page with any of the scooters. This was not my fault and strictly an issue with the app and it’s compatibility. Customer support was not helpful at all as they didn’t understand the issue. Planning to file a claim when I return home.

Aruba terrible
My gf had no issues in Germany. We did 3 different times and nothing waste of time and money. Under 3 minute without movement shouldn’t charge you.
Scootering
Cheaper than bird scooters, just wish you could request locations to have scooters at, when I stayed at divi for 3 weeks I could only ride the scooter back from Moomba and had to use bird scooters to go up there.
