Location problems
When I request a ride from Longs Peak Hospital, it will say that my destination is “out of service”, even though it’s right downtown. The app seems to have a problem recognizing their address too.
Needs Apple Watch integration
Great app! Similar to Uber app. Would be great to have an Apple Watch integration to at least notify when my ride is 5 min and 1 min away.
take a bus
The app just tells me to walk 30 minutes to get a bus, then walk another 30 minutes to my destination.
Drivers love to waste time
Title says it all. They drive slow, my driver was 1 minute away and then drove 10 mins AWAY FROM ME. Canceled and got a new driver, and SAME THIGN, DROVE FURTHER AWAY AND NOT EVEN TO PICK UP ANOTHER RPWRSON. They have a driver names Hope who is reckless, foul mouthed and rude. This company is a joke.

Very fast, friendly service unbelievably low price to get around in Longmont. This is not only good for me but good for Longmont
App malfunctions
Most times I try to get a ride the app tells me I’m out of area despite being within the city limits. This doesn’t matter if I’m at home or if I’m at a doctor’s appointment at the hospital. I try multiple inputs and closing out the app completely. I finally had to call the help line to schedule a ride. Very frustrating.

We need them to be available at all time. People don’t want to wait after work hoping there’s some availability to get home..
