I just blew 10 bucks to put money in my wallet and these goofs are charging 15 dollar fixed fee for a ride then 3 dollar up charge plus .10 a minute.

look at the reviews in here, same thing happened to me. I used this app once in New Orleans back in 2022 and they charged me randomly this year.
DO NOT USE THIS
I got an alert from my bank today because my debit card was charged from an unrecognized vendor. My “Ride Mobility” account is conveniently “locked” and I can’t access it. I only used this app ONCE for a SINGLE ride in NOLA back in 2023. I never signed up for anything with them nor ever used this app again… I had to get a new debit card, and now my bank account is locked until the fraud department completes an investigation. Thanks but no thanks. Can’t believe this.

SCAM
Used the app once in New Orleans for scooters, now being charged over a year later. Fees left and right for not 'cancelling' your account essentially. Absolute joke, dont do it.
DO NOT TRUST
This app has hidden in your terms and conditions that if you do not fully delete account after using that they will charge you for a manual termination of your account. Just got charged 53 dollars after not using account for 20 months.
