Complete fraud avoid this app without wasting a minute
Total fraud. Bike picked Sunday; representative ghosted my calls until sending a 2X inflated bill Monday. Spark Plug ₹250, Air Filter ₹350, Oil ₹750, Battery ₹1750. Added fake charges for a bolt (₹80) and pipe (₹100) which the mechanic admitted were never changed! Requested repairs completely ignored, no bike wash, and no drop service provided. Had to spend my own money to collect it. Direct local shop is 50% cheaper.

SCAM APPLICATION
Plz save your hard earned money and plz go to nearest garage. Even if you have to wait for a day, its okay but this application will make aure to cheat and scam you. I was given a different rate then application showed different rate and mechanic asked me to pay a different rate. When i say different rate mean everything changes by 1000rs. There is no complaint to out and you will have to pay and get scammed end of the day. Plz save your money whoever is reading this, i got scammed and hence warning others. BEWARE GUYS!!!!!!

Extremely Disappointing Service- Wasted Time, No resolution
I had a very disappointing experience with Ride n Repair. I booked a mechanic to diagnose my BMW G 310 GS, but the entire experience was unprofessional.
The mechanic arrived without the required tools and repeatedly asked my father to arrange basic items. Several hours were spent trying different things, but the issue was never diagnosed or repaired. Eventually, the mechanic concluded that the bike should be taken to the authorized BMW service center—the same conclusion that could have been reached much earlier.
The visit resulted in a significant waste of time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. When booking an on-site repair service, customers expect a mechanic to arrive prepared with the necessary tools and technical expertise to diagnose common issues efficiently.
I hope Ride n Repair improves the training of its mechanics, equips them properly, and values customers’ time. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

No repair done, wasted money
I booked repairing a few minor issues in my Xtreme 125R 2026 model at home through Apna Mechanic which forwarded the request to this app/company. I purchased my bike 2.5 months ago and was expecting that the repairing will be done at my home itself, but the repairing man told me he needs to take my bike to workshop and they will do everything there, not at home (he even brought a huge tool box with him but still didn’t want to fix anything at home). He even told me the “clutch plates were burnt” which is absolutely bizarre considering it’s a new bike and it also had its 1st service done last month. I don’t even ride harshly, mostly under 50km/h, and I take all the precautions to protect my clutch plates and brakes from wearing prematurely.
The repairing guy took ₹450 just for “looking” at my bike and giving his opinion on what might be wrong, and I think the advice on clutch plates was absolutely wrong just for making more money. I was okay with paying half amount for just visiting, but he demanded full payment even after making multiple calls to his workshop’s owner/manager.
If you’re planning on using this “doorstep” service/repair app, just beware of scams like this. It’s always better to visit a workshop physically instead. Yes it will take some time from your day, but it will also save you from getting scammed and paying for absolutely nothing. One word its a scam
For my Activa 5G, they first said the repair would cost ₹12,000. When I said I didn’t want to get it fixed, they suddenly said they could do it for ₹5,000. After 3 hours, they delivered my scooter and then told me to pay ₹7,200. There was no change at all—only the scooty was washed. The same problems were still there. When I tried messaging the shop, they saw my message but ignored it. Please don’t use this service

Gross Overcharging and Misleading Diagnostics
I had a terrible experience with Ride N Repair and would not recommend their services to anyone. What should have been a simple service call for a jump-start turned into a prolonged, expensive, and deceptive encounter.
Upon arrival, the mechanic immediately dismissed a jump-start, claiming the battery was 'gone bad' and pressuring me to tow the motorcycle—a significant up-sell. I insisted they only check the battery. After they took it, they refused to return my property, demanding a 'reasoning' for why I wanted my own faulty battery back. I eventually had to pay a separate delivery fee and wait a couple of days just to retrieve the dead battery.
The deceit continued upon retrieval: a bolt and nut for the negative cable were missing from the battery terminal.
Crucially, a local, honest mechanic later charged the battery for Rs. 70 (a two-hour job), confirming it was perfectly operational. My bike started immediately upon refitting. Ride N Repair, in contrast, was going to bill me approximately Rs. 1000 for this issue, including a Rs. 250 charge for a battery 'charge' they never actually performed and after prolonged verbal argument with the mechanic and the person who co-ordinated with the mechanic was able to reduce the bill upto around Rs. 650.

Total Scam
Booked for a scooter issue. It wasn't starting since few days, booked the mechanic in RideNRepair- Mechanic told need to take it their Service Centre after checking, conveyed its an Engine issue and need to open Engine and told would be around 8k-10k.
I called a local mechanic, he told 100% sure it ain't an engine issue, took with him to his garage, came out to be a magnetic coil issue with the starter motor and got it Fixed it in 1 hour.
The RideNRepair mechanic tried his max to convey, took 450 Rs booking charge for doing nothing and told its checking charge.

No 1 fraudulent
Please don’t use this app and don’t service your vehicle to this fraud people… once they take your vehicle for service they will loot huge money from you … if you don’t pay they threaten you that they will give back your vehicle and they will never share the location also were they servicing it … I have given complaint to police to get back my bullet from them … finally I got it … please I’m requesting to everyone don’t ever give your vehicle service to them … No 1 fraud… please be careful…

Unprofessional work
The mechanic who attended my vehicle came without carrying any tools, which is highly unprofessional. He also brought a battery and a small piece of wire, but without even attempting a crank test or using them, he stated that it would not work. Despite not using these items, I was asked to pay ₹500, and later told to pay ₹450 instead — as if it was acceptable.
This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers should not be charged for parts or items that were never used, and I expected proper troubleshooting instead of assumptions. The whole experience has left me very dissatisfied with your service.
I request that this matter be looked into immediately, and the improper charge reversed. I also hope you will ensure that such practices do not occur again with other customers.

I don’t think they’ve control over the mechanics. I’ve booked a door step repair for my bike. Somebody came from local area mechanic shop with a very few tools. Simply removed and fitted few nuts and bolts and said the service is over. They’ve told 1200 but he’s collected 1250 for 10 mins service. For every problem I told, they said the part is gone and needs to be replaced. Pathetic.

SCAM
A loser app with no functionality and basic whatsapp bots which comes in built with business accounts. They have tie ups with local mechanics. You can take their personal contact details ! They will do the same service at much reasonable cost. Some things are better done conventionally. Take the day out and get it fixed at workshop. Dont waste you money on such scams

Select Pay later option
I booked a service and then no one came. No message from the customer service, no call. When I called their customer service, the number was unavailable. I did receive a call after that from customer service but that was unhelpful. Thank god I chose a pay later option.
Worst company, and Fraud
I booked puncture service for my Himalayan 450, the service charge was 600 Rupees.
The person (named Tabrez) came to my place in Bengaluru, he deliberately broke my tube valve while opening the tube from the tire, and no wonder how he offered me that he has a spare tube for Himalayan 450 and i can buy that from him.
However I didn’t notice the point that how he has Himalayan 450 tube with him, as that size of tube is unusual to have. I denied to buy it from him and got it from a local store.
When he installed the front wheel back, that also he didn’t do it correctly.
To lodge a complain i went to the address mentioned in the app of their head office in HSR layout Bengaluru, to my surprise I didn’t find the office in the address mentioned.
It was a fake head office address.
Please stay away from booking service from this company.

I have booked one service online from Surat for 12 Feb 25 and also I have paid amount in advance of amount 1299
Then no one call me after the service time was over and when I called from the app they told me that we don’t service in your city
How is this service??
After that also they told me that they will refund my amount
And now after more then a month now
I am waiting for the refund
I called the customer care almost daily on the number given on your app

Absolute Scam
Absolute scam! I only requested a simple jump-start, but they manipulated the situation and charged me ₹22,000 without providing any real service or support. They falsely claim they proceed only with permission, but once they take your bike away, you lose all control. There is no transparency, no proper explanation, and no way to stop them from overcharging. Worst experience ever—completely unethical and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!"

Paid around 16k
I was charged hefty amount of 16k stating multiple components failed to function .. I ended up paying that money but still they missed to put the indicator beep and the service guy promised to fix it next day and it’s been more than 2 weeks and I have been chasing him and no response … I would suggest not to go with ridenrepair as there is no transparency …

Never trusting these online platforms ans their Scammers mechanics. "I recently requested a jump-start service, but the technician arrived with a dead battery, which predictably failed to start my bike. The technician then claimed that the coil was burnt and not generating current, insisting that I needed to take it to a garage. I disagreed and sent them away after paying for the unsuccessful service. Just 15 minutes later, I called a local garage mechanic who successfully jump-started my bike in under 30 seconds.

Over Billed - Scooty service
Booked a service for my Jupiter and without keeping me updated they changed most of the parts and gave a bill for 5k. But while it was delivered i got a bill to pay was 6300 extra service & labour charges for 1200 was added and they even charged extra stating petrol for 300 was filled. I gave my bike with almost half tank already. They didnt returned my helmet as well. Not suggesting this application. Better go in person for service 😐

Awesome app
I was out of town and when I got back I saw my bike had oxidized severely. Because the taxi I got looked pretty rickety, I tapped on RideNRepair. Bhola the mechanic did a great job by repairing my bike to its best condition. He fastidiously worked on it to make the bike look as if it was brand new.
