Can’t contact for account deletion
I need someone to contact me. I created an account on this app a while ago and never used it. Now I would like to delete it in accordance with GDPR. Nowhere can I find the contact data or privacy policy online. I tried logging into the app with my phone number but there is a bug and the format is not accepted even though it is correct for my country. This is ridiculous , someone please contact me.

Cannot create account using the app
Tried to create a new account after installing the app, but error message “Location header not found!” keeps popping up, so I cannot use this app!
Wouldn’t even let me sign up.
I downloaded the app tried to sign up, got as far as terms and conditions page and at the bottom of the page you check the box to where you agree then you click on the red bar that says sign up. Unfortunately, I’ve tried this 5x and it keeps coming up with an error message stating that the header code is not found. That page won’t let me go any further. So unfortunately, I can’t sign up for this app. Not usable!

Can’t even create account
I downloaded the app and entered my phone number. It then tells me to enter the security code sent via text. Problem is, no code is sent no matter how many times I press “resend code.”
can’t start up
I’m in the Boston area where the service supposedly works. I can’t tell, because the app won’t even text me a code when it claims to, so I can log in.
Can’t access
I tapped sign in but it won’t let me. It keeps trying to create an account. I tried to create a new account but it won’t let me because it has my email. Because I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT. So I used a different email but then it wouldn’t let me because it has my phone number, again because I already have an account. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it made no difference. I only have one phone number, so I guess I won’t be using this app.

Cannot correct phone number and no confirmation email!
It says the incorrect phone number is confirmed, and you cannot fix this. It also has yet to confirm my email. I want this to work. I fear I have a fake app from the apple store?? Help!
Does not work
I have reached out several times and get no response. They have my credit card info and have not confirmed my email address to spite requesting to get a code several times and using the “help” link. I can’t use the app or change anything or get in contact with anyone. This is really shady and did not work at all.

Literally hate it
I tried to edit my profile to change my phone number and apparently it's not allowed. Then, I tried to deactivate my account but the keyboard provided was purposefully blocking the deactivate button. Huge red flags.
Freezing and Driver Availability
Downloaded this app to use for my overnight Boston trip- but it was useless. Every time I tried to request a ride, it would freeze and i would have to force close the app. IF it ever actually loaded, which happened twice in the like 25 times i tried, there were no drivers available
Verification is tricky
never sent me the verification text so I never got to use the app. I triple checked to make sure my number was correct and just never got the text.
Concerned about service
I thought the gosafr service worked in DC and Maryland, but I tried to get a ride service and it say it does not operate in your area and I could not get a driver. I would really like to use the app, but I am having trouble getting service.
Inactive
I don’t understand the point of this app. Their service in not available anywhere.

Cannot schedule a ride on the go
Unlike other ride share services, you cannot immediately schedule a ride. You need to wait one hour. Too many glitches too. Safr kept texting me the same text over and over. Also, I want to know my fate ahead of time. I couldn’t even deactivate my account because it kept asking me over and over to re-set my account. I don’t Uber alone. I was in Orlando and had to take one by myself so I signed up for Safr. Tried scheduling a ride and was told the nearest appointment was an hour from now. I canceled my trip and called an Uber. I was lucky and got a female driver. The Safr concept is a great idea but it did not work for me.

Excellent service with professional driver and I felt so much safer tha other rideshares

Used it while in Orlando / refreshing to have a polite driver that knew exactly where we were going / super cautious with safety too
