Incomprehensible
Until recently, I was able to see the most recent schedules of all the buses operating by the Broward Transit System.
Now none are available. I have to blindly wait for a bus in whatever weather conditions, in the hope that a bus shows up.
What possessed you people to complicate the simple issue of displaying a set of schedules ?

Worst transit in America
80% in accurate , never gives live updates on buses who breakdowns. Terrible live location , terrible

Broke Down Broward Buses
Horrible bus transportation. Buses are always broken down, I’m always 3 hours late for work, the BCt doesn’t care about the buses being broke down, everyday it’s always broken. I spend 3 hours at a bus stop waiting and hoping I catch a bus that works. Broward does not care about transportation for people who need the bus to get to work. They need to start paying me the hours I miss for work because they don’t want to spend money to fix them or get new ones

Can use some improvement but really good for a start.
The app honestly does most of what I need it to do. A bit slow on some aspects but Bus timing is correct and that’s the most important part for me.

Horrible app. Horrible changes. You can’t read to understand ANYTHING on this new platform. This is a terrible idea for a already HORRIBLE bus system
Unnecessary update
I bought a ticket to use last night for this morning to get to work and as soon as I’m about to board the bus it asks me to update and then after it updates my ticket is gone and there’s no way to even check to see if I’m logged in because YOU SWITCHED UP THE INTERFACE FOR SOME REASON NOBODY ASKED FOR. So yall owe me $2 or a bus pass…
