Look, it’s good but you gotta be ready for a 30 minute delay sometimes, and if your connect is at a gas station good luck because there on break. Also ask for a transfer ticket if you can lol.

Live Bus Times No Longer Showing
I’ve been using this app for over a year now, and have heavily relied on the accurate information of live bus tracking for northern metro. However, that information has disappeared from all busses today north of Saint Paul today. The maplewood mall transit station no longer has any busses that are being tracked.

Highly inconvenient
The app is fine for finding busses and times, but the only passes you can buy are connect passes, nothing else, which makes it useless for getting tickets.

State Fair Ride
Great way to get to the MN State Fair, so convenient!
Utterly useless
You can’t even purchase bus fare with this app. Must be because transactions on the bus are still done with 20th century technology. There’s no reason to get this app. The website is better.

What a great service MVTA provides for getting to and from the Fair. Great buses and super friendly staff and drivers. We love it!
INCURRATE TIMES AND JOURNEYS
This is a constant issue I’m having. I’ll book a ride and keep getting drivers changed and have to wait extremely long times to get picked up and end up missing the bus I was supposed to get on and along with that the connect bus goes on different routes and drops off/pick other people without telling you and you end up missing your scheduled route.
It’s extremely frustrating because the app won’t update your route either so you have to figure it out on your own. A lot of the drivers tend to be rude too and don’t go to the pickup location and leave so quickly. I end up having to run after the bus because I couldn’t find it.
I’ve been stuck at places for hour at a time because of the poor structure of the app. I’ve been literally stranded at places with no other option to wait or Uber, which is what I wanted to avoid and the reason I take the bus. Honestly I recommend just look online for routes and take that. Unless you’re only using connect and don’t have a specific time to be somewhere.

No Express Tickets
It’s great but does not offer the express bus tickets for the express routes.

App is Trash
This is meant to be the app used to purchase tickets for the state fair express bus, there’s directions on the website, but the app is not supported to buy these tickets. Just an incredible waste of taxpayer money developing an app like this that doesn’t work at all.

Horrible app!
The app constantly crashes, and you can’t do anything until it “magically” starts to work again, usually hours later.
Worst app change ever!!! Can’t give negative review…
Whoever thought up this new app and Connect system should be fired! This is literally the worst change I have ever seen. I can’t be logged into two devices so I can’t book rides for my son to go to school. Can’t even get into the app now even though we logged out of all the devices. I can’t get a ride at the same time we always book it for every morning, you have to activate a ticket then only have a 3 hour window to book a ride or you lose your ticket that you paid for… the convenience of this app has gone completely out of the window. I just transferred my son to a school that doesn’t provide transportation thinking he could use this service and now I either have to find him a new school or get a new job so I can take him. Shame on you MVTA!!!
