No help with system not updating texts
. No help on the weekends, no help after 4pm Eastern. It’s not cheap either. I have spent a lot of time updating pretexts and drip messages yet the system continues to send out old messages. I don't have time to babysit a buggy system where when you tell support about problems they get very defensive and don't appreciate the time and dollars spent on the customer side.

Can’t login to the app anymore
It’s not letting me login no matter what
Desktop is great
Call quality on IOS isn’t great via Wi-Fi or 5g cellular. Would like to see some improvements in this area. However the desktop version is where I conduct the majority of my business and the call quality is fantastic.

Shout out to Ringy for making an update that has helped greatly to the app, if the app was a little more web based layout it would even take It to the next level, but the landscape mode alone has made it much better!

Would be a whole lot better if you can work with this CRM with the magic keyboard.
Evolve or Don’t
Bring back the old Isales days because this crm has turned into a joke, absolute laughing stock at this point. Goodluck keeping up with your clients after about a month because they can’t figure out how to evolve and overcome. Imagine paying for a mass texting platform basically for them to limit you in every way possible! I have much more to say but they’ll torch your business and you’ll be looking for other options before you know it.

Horrible
After iSales switched over to Ringy in the app, it was good for about two days. Now, it says there’s an error when I try to load my leads or messages or anything else on my dashboard. Can’t text leads now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it won’t let me log in. I just keep clicking the login button, and nothing. Very frustrating.

Wow can’t appreciate this app enough the only thing I’d tweak is making the pipeline available, but all in all its the most productive way to ignore your loved ones.

Messages sometimes don’t fet sent through the app or I’ll get random messages that the called from a lead but the never actually received a phone call
Worst app ever
The app is like the what the old school apps you used to be like when the iPhone first came out. There are a lot of things I wish this app could do that should be standard. Please do not get me started on the actual CRM. For some reason on the app not all of my leads appear. When you try to text a client through the app you have to type everything in this little tine box that only scrolls left and right just like those old school beepers. One thing I noticed about Isales is every single one of my emails that are through the CRM go straight to spam. It even goes to my email spam folder when a client replies to an email that is sent from the CRM. I literally have to buy new phone number for every state almost every month because texts through this system constantly get blocked due to “carrier violations” maybe they are using the same process for emails being sent through the CRM. They literally integrate with nothing just ur gmail. Which quite frankly is not going to cut it. I set up the system to help me automate certain tasks through the busiest season of the year for me and guess what I am still do things manually. Its a cookie cutter CRM with NO absolutely Nooo way to customize it for my specific needs. Take some noted from Hubspot or better yet Salesforce who both have an app store to interchange certain parts of the CRM to tailor it to what you want it to do for you. It pretty much is a wannabe CRM im only using it right now because its the busiest time of the year for me and I have no time to set up a new CRM. A couple of coworkers of mine have also expressed the same grievances and we cane to the decision to just buy 12 licenses from salesforce once the new year roles around. I see what isales wants to be they just are no where close to it this junk is only good for people who don't no any better. Since I keep having to buy new phone numbers all the time my monthly membership is $169 at this price im better off with salesforce trust me if literally whatever you want salesforce to do they have a way to do it and an app that can automate it. WE NEED MORE AUTOMATION. I dont care how much it costs as long as it does exactly what I need it to do. I get it okay you are a opt in service only but just because a customer texts stop doesn't mean you make the lead disappear people paid good money just to get that customer to even reply with the word stop. They also say they dont reuse phone numbers that is the biggest lie I literally sold two customers in the month of november who called or texted my number looking for another agent 🤣🤣 thats literally why I pay so much monthly because im scared to disable a number that was already given to a client months ago because they might call me and get someone else. Super super super disappointed with this CRM.

Absolutely wonderful CRM tool. It never ceases to amaze me at how much the developers pay attention to the details for us. You can tell they truly understand a sales agents needs. And, finally having the new app is a huge plus! Love having the iSales platform on the go, right from my phone. Can’t wait to how where the app evolves and improves from here! 5 stars for me.
