I have been with the Rio Grand for several years now and my only complaint is that they take money out of my account and charge me a $20 fee when I still have funds in my account. I was charged $80 in one day, $20 each time. I spent $1.69 and I was charged a $20 pops. Whatever pops mean. It was not an overdraft because there was an abundant amount of money to cover $1.69. As soon as I can, I will be closing my account and moving to another bank that gives me 24 hours to put money in the bank.

Updates are frustrating

I’m really getting sick of the app updates. It logs me out every time and I use Face ID. It removes it with each update and I have to redo the info. The password fill doesn’t work either. I miss the old app, stop changing.

New update lots of glitches

Ever since the new update, I am unable to use the password manager to fill out my password when I sign in. It shuts down as soon as I open up my passwords or if I’m quick enough, it won’t even type in the actual password into it. The new update also seems to have weird issues with pending transactions.

New Update

Overall the new update is fine. I like how it looks visually. The only big issue I have is it keeps having me accept terms and conditions almost everytime I open the app, and it won’t ever save my username like it used to. I’ve pressed accept and had to go through it too many times to even remember the count. I’m not sure if this is something you can fix or just have it saved in there that we already accepted the terms.

No more rewards

They removed there visa rewards program and didn’t reimburse current standing reward balances. Will not be banking with them anymore.

Hello?!? Thanks for letting other people see my banking info. And your resolution is for them to go into the bank to be removed from my account? Ummm backwards much? And! How do I enable Face ID?!

I would like to rate it 5 but I’ve tried seeing my history it take about 5 or 6 taps. This one is much easier than the last, this one is more user friendly

Recent update

While I appreciate an upgrade in this instance some features are missing. I would prefer that any pending transactions show in the overall account balance rather than having to look at upcoming and doing the math. This is really inconvenient. Also I lost accounts that were previously linked and apparently I have to go into the branch and take time out of my day to set this up again when I did not chose to remove those accounts. This bank is just becoming increasingly inconvenient for me and my friends and family share who are also members share the sentiment.

Bugs need to be fixed

Signs me out every time and I have to reset the biometrics every time I sign in. Open the app to see my stuff is signed out and not saved. Dumb.

So much better!

The app before was just ok there were features I was hoping for but ever since the new look came out the app look more welcoming when logging In and not so boring. Love the new layout and more added options! Over all it’s a great experience!

My account was cleaned out and I had no notification of it and since there are customer service isn’t 24 hours, I had to wait till the next day to call and see about anything

Once I was assisted in creating my accounts with the new app, navigating is easy.
