A frustrated user
Unfortunately, we’re tied to using this system due to the builder’s decision, and the experience has been far from satisfactory. The app lacks a user-friendly interface, frequently shows incorrect meter readings, and we’ve often had to go back and forth with customer support to get them corrected. There’s also a consistently higher reading shown in the app compared to actual usage, which is concerning. Forced updates and unnecessary convenience fees only add to the frustration.

I don’t think this is a Transparent billing
WORST & FRAUD BILLING
They daily deduct some amount even if your whole house main MCB is OFF. Not sure why they deduct, if questioned they will speak rudely and say it is automatic. Without power usage why they will deduct amount? Also app always shows meter status is OFF. WORST COMPANY, NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE.

Paying through ripple app and auto wallet deduction has been a great move - it clearly shows my daily usage . Initially , I was confused about the service charges + GST , but the support team clarified that these are set by my society’s FM , not ripple . Ripple only provides meters and billing , unit rates are decided by the society. After meeting the team and founder , everything was clearly explained- there’s nothing wrong with RIPPLE.

The Ceo came to our society for a discussion they don’t care even about the 5% failure from their system which in general is the grievance for any such app.The system is not properly tested and calibration is not proper with the meters.A long way for them to go
