I had some issues earlier and left a low rate at that time. But right now the problems seems to be fixed. The app has improved a lot since then, and the customer service really do there job.

This charger is junk!

I’d give this company zero stars if I could! The charger worked for 4 days before it and the app went offline. It’s been down going on two weeks now and the company doesn’t return calls or respond to emails, other than to tell you they’re working on it. Don’t waste your money with this junk!!
