Game experience
This is my experience with game so far has been not so great. My biggest problem with this game is the developers are constantly coming up with new heroes. This is non stop to the point that you end up with heroes that do not get maxed out to their full combat level. This is a problem because you end up with 50 heroes and you only get 5 legions😂. So when you need to change your heroes it becomes a nightmare. The hero’s in this game is like a revolving door. So take my advise and do not start playing it because it takes along time to get strong enough to have fun and you have to spend so much time in the game trying to stay up with all new heroes. The game just sucks, it could be a good game but quick money is all they care about and that is sad.

Customer service is just ai. after lots of glitches in this game be prepared to waist lots of time for nothing no real customer support got ripped off myself
Lies
When I started this game, they said you did not have to pay to play now they reward those that pay the most. If you’re not willing to literally spend 30, 40 $50,000 don’t play the game only those pay win.
They also say they protect the rest of us from cheat codes or cheating. This is not true most of the big players use cheat codes or buy things online to give them an advantage again you gotta spend tons of money to play this game. Don’t waste your time.

J’ai joué des années à ce jeux et je conseille vivement à tous ceux qui hésitent à se lancer de passer leur chemin. C’est un véritable pay to win qui demande d’être connecté à des heures impossibles. Le reset du jeux est à 3h ou 4 heure du matin en fonction de l’hiver ou l’été. Un enfer avec le rythme de la vraie vie. Je peux témoigner après avoir léguer mon compte que je suis beaucoup plus libre et je n’ai plus cette impression de devoir me connecter immédiatement après mon réveil. Et c’est un gros plus pour les finances. Après de nombreux messages au service client pour leur demander de faire une modification peut être avec un système de serveur par région du monde. Rien. Par contre pour sortir skin sur skin avec un 1% de chance de les avoir ils sont là. C’est du vrai loot. Sans parler des châteaux monstre qui ne vous laissent aucune chance de gagner et vous détruisent en 1 attaque. Bref c’est comme avoir un boulot mais où il faut payer pour évoluer. Fuyez à moins que payez ne vous dérange pas.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Developers are not responsive, they request SS then can’t even be bothered to look at them. The reply and close out your issue without even giving you a chance to reply to them. If you chose to play this game be prepared to screen shot every aspect. Don’t hold your breath waiting for the developers to correct anything. They do not care but will take your money and do nothing to fix glitches

Got a new phone and cannot retrieve my bound account.
Been playing for years. Have switched phones several times. Game will only let me replay the stupid long tutorial on my new device. Honestly it may be a good thing. I’ve spent enough money on this pay 2 win black hole. And it has only been getting worse each year.

I have 12 gig memory . I have offloaded apps , I run in lite mode . I play on my iPad so no mobile data . You have asked me to fill out the form . When I put my player ID in I get thrown out of the game . This is so so so frustrating . My game is updated to the current version . It seems the only way I can communicate with you is through this . My game was working fine up till my second to last IoS update. There is no where on your website that allows me to communicate through. My iPad is 9th generation.i have tried your help again to fill out the form I start to type my game ID and get thrown out of the game

Deleted accounts
I deleted few of my game accounts but castles are still there. Will they be deleted after that and when or will they stay even the accounts have been deleted? No information about that.
Don’t use custom service
The game is good you can progress and have fun with others however the customer service team is shocking they don’t want to help. Will do anything in their power to delay and refuse to help. The ai system is also shocking and doesn’t work help

Custom service ignores you
Lodged a complaint many hours ago and requested contact from a developer instead of AI. They have ignored it and prevented me from posting anything more or even opening another thread. They care nothing about their players
NEEDS server merge
Lots of dead servers, at least the one I’m on. Needs a merge with more active one.
Five Stars…but
I really enjoy this strategy game because you can keep moving at your own pace without having to wait a long time. The one knock on it is that any of the promotional packages or items that help you advance are only available through Apple Pay or whatever device you’re on, there are no ads to get items to help you advance. On the one hand that’s refreshing but you have to curb your enthusiasm. Otherwise you’ll have a Credit card Bill that starts increasing quickly. Graphics are very good. I like that I can expand my kingdom and recall troops that are killed in battle. It’s a well-thought-out game.
