I didn't need some AI Slop
I wanted an app to show when my prescription were available, etc. What the app is now is some AI slop for testing and telling you about living healthy! What the hell is the point of this , it has nothing to do with the actual Drug Store !

you always had the best stuff in the little holiday/seasonal section and the little houseware stuff. my first apartment was cluttered w those cute little buys. rite aid always carried brands i loved over cvs. this stinks! 😖😖😖

Rite Aid, like most stores, will be missed. Yet another one to add to the list of iconic brick and mortars; No longer memories made but definitely the memories kept.

RITE-AIDs farewell
So living on Long Island it’s sad to say this but they have closed all their locations. Now their reminding stores with closely follow. Thank you for my first favorite job and amazing staff and floaters around. You will be missed👏👏👏☮️
Pointless and useless
The app is utterly useless. Cant even create an acct which leads me to believe that since CVS is taking them over rite aid has dumped this app without even letting people know and not even taking it off the apple store. Shameful and no regard to customers who are still using rite aid during the transition.

Useless
This app is useless. It has so few functions. It won’t even let you transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy. If it can’t even do that, I’m not going to trust it to manage my scrips effectively over time. I guess CVS will get my business.
Horrible app
When you can’t log in or forget your user name there is no easy way to retrieve on website. It’s such a pain to deal with and on top f it you go to pharmacy to pick up when they say it’ll be ready and you have to wait ten to twenty minutes . I’m over it switching pharmacies
Love Rite Aid
I am so very upset that Rote Aid has closed as I’ve been a faithful patron forever. I even was a stockholder down in Harrisburg when I was a member of the Rite Aid Credit Union plus we worked at Super Rite down in Harrisburg where our credit union was. So very sad to see it go!
Update to fix app? Worse than ever!
Downloaded update claiming to improve functionality. App is slow and something is wrong with login. Can’t log in to refill meds… app claims my password is incorrect (which it’s not) and all attempts to reset it have been unfruitful. Yesterday it was telling me my account would be locked after four unsuccessful login attempts but today it’s six. 🤔🤔🤔

Not worth the energy
This app is an absolute waste of time. It doesn’t recognize my password. I try to reset it. It sends it to my email. I use the code. It doesn’t work. I try again and use my phone number. I use the code. It doesn’t work. It’s just a joke. I have Face ID on my phone so I don’t have to do all of this, but still I do. Trying to call in and get refills is exhausting because half the time no one answers the phone.. Good job Rite Aid good job.

New update locked my account
Forced to update, now it won’t let me access my account. Trying to reset password and nothing is workin. Help!
App still isn’t working
I have used the app for several years to keep track of refills for myself and a family member on my account. Recently the app has grayed out the prescription tile and I cannot access any of our prescriptions.
Concerned
I have been trying to work with the pharmacy for days to get my prescription refilled. I have gone in person in attempts to find out why and how to get my medication refilled. I went in person and told them I have new insurance and I need to my Dr. approval to have this refilled. I emailed my Dr. and they gave approval but after 2 more days waiting to have the meds refilled they still haven’t. I called and called over and over and couldn’t get through to anyone. After an hour of trying I got through and talked to someone who said because of our new insurance the Dr. Will need to call my insurance to give permission before Ritaid can refill. Why couldn’t they have said this on Friday when they knew I had new insurance? Annoyed to be going through withdrawals from not being on my medication for over 3 days.

The app is not user friendly and very limited. Unable to check past refills or see updates without requesting another Rx refill.
It never confirms
The app always act like I know if it received my order—without its confirmation! Couldn’t there at least be a note that says “We got it”?
