Do Not Bother
I spend thousands of dollars in order on that app, and I have received barely anything in return. And they do not communicate well with their affiliate restaurant, making my orders late. There is no real added value here, you are better ordering directly with the restaurant.
Gone Downhill Over the Past Year
There are not many restaurants that use Ritual anymore. The ones on the app all seem to cancel your order due to no response. Their rewards program is also worthless.
The OG is still the best!
Ritual is still the best food ordering app that exists, especially in places like Toronto and Vancouver. So much better than the mega companies that try to squeeze competitors. Every restaurant should work with Ritual!

Price discrepancies
Good app to pre-order food but I noticed that a couple of food joints charge more in Ritual than at the counter. I reported one such joint to Ritual. Ritual promptly refunded the difference between the Ritual price and in-store price ($1.5). They also gave me 10 cents (100 points) as reward for pointing out the issue. Seriously 10 CENTS!!! Wonder who in Ritual came up with this reward policy 😂.

Doesn’t let you order
It said my quick reorder was added to my cart, but there is no way to access my cart. No single way to get to the cart after trying every icon and button on the screen. Worthless app if you can’t actually place an order.

My understanding is that the participating restaurants honour their regular prices, are are searchable by what’s within walking distance.
Fake discounts + Fees fees fees
I used to order on ritual almost everyday when I first dowloaded it years ago. Pricing used to be exactly what was offered in-store but now the prices have been marked up and they’ve added fees so I rarely use it anymore.
Wish I could use it!!
I really used to love this app but now that I’m downtown again I’ve tried to get back into it and because I had it attached to a work email that is no longer valid, I’m completely locked out. There’s virtually no way to bypass the login any other way and there’s no help or contact information available through the app. If you’re losing users, that is why!!!

Food arrived one hour and ten minutes after scheduled delivery time
Ritual is so late to deliver most orders but today was even worse than the usual twenty minute lag. My order was scheduled to arrive at 11:15 and did not arrive until 12:24. I had to leave work and could not receive my order. The restaurant had the food prepared for an hour before the dasher arrived to pick up my food. Ritual needs more drivers and better customer support.

Doesn’t work anymore
Can’t seem to log on anymore. Just stuck on the initial screen…

they claim they take customer satisfaction very seriously but were completely unhelpful when my $50 order arrived in poor quality. don’t bother with an app like this. they take a cut from the local restaurants anyway. might as well support those small businesses directly and bypass this mediocre app with abysmal customer service👎

Downloaded as I saw offer at a restaurant to get 10% off when order through this app.

Convenient, easy to use, timesaver. I like the discounts.
App never works.
This used to be my go to app for ordering coffee ahead but recently the app literally does not work. I spend either 10 minutes closing the app and reopening trying to get my order to go through or I get frustrated and I just get in line somewhere. The customer service is useless as well and doesn't care at all.

Twice now the app charges my bank account but does not place an order, and does not offer support for this issue on their app!!!
Absolute garbage
Literally won’t send me any code to me email or phone number. YES I checked my spam. I tried for 20m before I gave up. Trash.
Not happy
So will lower you create your order and get to the checkout before letting you know that the restaurant is closed. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT BEFORE???
Rewards are fake
App works fine until you earn rewards. Since the $ was applied to my account my payments won’t go through. I’ve tried multiple cards and Apple Pay.
