Lacking Crucial Forum Functionality

In the Forums tab, there’s no way to access the search function, direct messages or notification bell with alerts, responses to your posts, etc.

In a browser, those are always at the top of the page & easily accessible… but in the app they’re non-existent. Not just unable to be clicked on, but just straight up not there.

There also doesn’t seem to be any alternate way to access any of those functions in the app — all of which are pretty crucial to the use of the forums — which makes the app virtually useless for anyone whose primary use of Rivals is the forums.

I am not getting any of the Michigan Wolverines notifications I signed up for unless I open the app and refresh it. Please send all the notifications I signed up for ASAP!!

Terrible

This app is awful. Every time I try to select the forum option it opens in a web browser instead of the app. A clear glitch that started recently. Need to fix this and do an update ASAP.

Very Very Buggy

Very buggy app. Constantly have to quit out and reopen. Forums are almost unusable how often they freeze.

Sometimes it works…

Some days are better than others. Today isn't one of the good ones. It logs me out every time I click on a thread. A couple of days of days ago, it told me I didn't have an account. Honestly, it's a bad piece of coding.

One of the worst apps I ever been on. It would have 0 stars if it wasn’t for me being able to at least limp by sometimes in it. It’s glitchy, freezes, has bugs etc. I can not ever see notifications. It logs me out 20 times a day, and sometimes right in the middle of reading an article. Their responses on other poor reviews is email us and tell us your phone make or whatever and we will fix it. You can’t just randomly do that and poof it’s better. PUT THE MONEY INTO THE APP AND FIX THESE BUGS. It needs a HUGE update. Until then, it’s not worth downloading.

Major issue rendering app almost unusable

For some reason I get logged out of my Rivals account every time I select a thread. It makes using the app unbearable.

Awful

Can’t get into message boards. Awkward interface. Can’t access Rivals home page. Freezes easily. Might be one of the worst apps I have seen in a long time. Been following Rivals for years too.

The home page in the mobile app is the Teams tab, which is different from the home page on the Rivals website. Please reach out to us at rivalsappfeedback@yahoosports.com if you are still unable to access the message boards or experience freezing after updating to the latest version.

Had this app for a few years as of last night it’s completely frozen on one article and I cannot clear it !!
