Terrible customer experience, very hard to work the app. Have to reset password almost every time I log in. Due to security purposes.
It's okay
I love this bank first off. Now as far as the app...it's somewhat old school. It is unavailable a lot outside of business hours. Then there's no way to check balance unless I drive to town bc there's no access via phone. Also, cannot search for transactions by keywords at all. Just needs better customer friendly features so it doesn't cripple our ability to see what's in our account after hours if app is in maintenance or crashes.

Love this app and all the new stuff it has to offer now! It’s very convenient!

River City is great with such kind, helpful, and experienced staff. My only two requests would be not having to update. The password is often and not having it. Impossible to use the same password for up to six times. Three times is more reasonable. Also freezing the card when we travel is inconvenient, especially on weekends if we do not think about it during the week.

Features needed
1) Fingerprint ID in iPhones
2) Auto snap the check photo. Don't use a button you have to hit twice.
3) "For deposit only to my River City bank account" is a waste of time to write. Obviously this is a deposit if you are sending it with this app.
