I always get wonderful service in River Island’s fort Kinnaird store. If I order online I always get it delivered to store. I can then see all the new styles and discounts. I also like that I can try on my purchase and if it’s unsuitable I can refund it there and then.

It was showing free delivery if you order more than 65 pounds but I have ordered more than 100 pounds but still have to pay delivery charge. It was disappointing..

I love RI and their bags but I got a white COTTON dress online but when it arrived the tag said polyester, a £36 white cotton dress that had no warning of being polyester online. Who pays £36 for a basic white t-shirt dress. Cant even return it because I took the tag off to try it on
