مشكلة تغيير الجوال

عندما غيرت جوالي طلبني توثيق للجهاز الجديد وتم عمل ذلك . وبعد ٢٤ ساعه تم تفعيل كل الخدمات . وبعدها فتحت التطبيق ولغيت توثيق الجهاز القديم . ومن بعدها في كل مره افتح التطبيق يطلبني توثيق . هذه مشكله تقنيه يجب حلها في اسرع وقت . لان تطبيقات البنوك الثانيه مافيها المشكله هذه

غبي

تطبيق غبي يطلع اصوات فالفتح ويوقف اي تطبيق يشتغل لو تسمع بودكاست ، وفي نص محادثك مع خدمة العملاء بعد انتظار طويل يطردك للحماية وانت في نص المحادثة !!!
