App crashes immediately
Itโs has been three months since this app stopped working On iphone 7 running ios12.3 , It wonโt let me process to the home page menu , a bank with billions of money in its profile canโt hire developers who can make reliable app for them , absolutely shambolic bank ๐ฆ , you really need to fix it cos ppl needs to pay their bills so they can live a normal life , I wanna pay my bills too .

Fake ratings. Terrible ux. Design ok
The banks cx is terrible. Theres sms, then phone calls, then face id then sms again, make up your mind! Just keep adding stupid things without checking the ux. Cant paste iqama numbers either, youre a bank, im using it to issue visas for my maids why cant i paste. Terrible over all experience

This app fixes one problem but builds more. Why do I need to turn on my location to access my money? Whoever thought of this needs to be fired. We, the customers, do not need to tell you where we are at to use our money. Also, the face unlock still hasnโt been fixed. We are in 2023, these are simple things to resolve.

Horrible services
This app just prove how horrible the services form this bank! Not even simple transactions can be done without being glitchy or annoying. No direct support from the employees, and even when I asked for that no one responded. Only bots that give u a loop of options till u lose your mind. My Mastercard was frozen for no obvious reason during my travel and I can imagine how that froze my life. Trying to call the support team from the app, website, and called them but no response. A mistake to have an account in this bank.

Some time adding a beneficiary is too hard

Very easy to use and saves a lot of time. International transfer is very easy and at a good price. I did a transfer to my HSBC UK account it cleared in 48hr. The virtual card is pretty cool, you can add it to Apple Pay and just make a new one if youโre concerned about security.
