RMIT too greedy easypark was way better, ending session early charges you the full amount and extending session adds the cost of another session
Absolutely Terrible App
This is the worst parking app I have ever seen in my life. This should be taught in RMIT UX/UI course as a case study, since it is a good example for how to making the worst UX/UI and non user friendly app.

Easypark was an incredible app, so user friendly. Rmit got greedy and made a app that seems like it was made by a child. If its not broke dont fix it

have to put one because i can’t put zero. the app is the furthest thing from user friendly. it’s constantly lagging, very difficult to adjust parking time and navigate overall.

Honestly might be one of the most difficult and terribly made apps I’ve ever used. Super garbage

Typical rmit uselessness
Classic rmit. if you wish to extend time, adding duration of 2 hour sets the parking time until 2am. If I could add a picture of this I would. Did they hire a 4th grader to make this app? The old parking app was much better.
incremental parking is not available either. 1 hour is $2.20. 1 hour and 1 minute is $4.40, the same as 2 hours. I guess you just get stuffed if you arrive 5 minutes before your 1 hour class and hope parking inspectors don’t screw you over. (It’s rmit - they will)
It is my final year of rmit degree and they continue to get poorer and poorer in quality in every possible area (for engineering atleast). I would never trust a grad from this school given the low quality of education and resources. This is just another example of rmits failures.

Functionality of the app
App is poorly designed layout makes it difficult and inconvenient to even sign up. App is very slow in processing what your doing
Not intuitive
Hard to signup, hard to use, boxes cannot be clicked half the time
