Disappointed
I booked 11 hours ahead of time. Been waiting for ages at my point of origin. Then my rides kept on postponing. Then it did not arrived. Then it was cancelled. And I just received a noticed that I missed because I wasn’t in my location pick up. When in fact I’ve been waiting there 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled pick up. I monitored the bus . It never came to my area. So disappointed.

Booking not accurate
I booked for a flexiride, no dramas - bus came on time like it said it would, however the driver didn’t have my name in the system but the bus was reserved for someone else but for the same bus? The driver was also confused and so I need to wait for another 20 mins for another bus and hope my name comes? If this app isn’t ready take it down and do some more test before you release it to the public.

Cancelled rides
Service has been good but when you cancel a ride and say the next one is 80 minutes away this is totally unacceptable!! Walked home after a major op. Not happy to say the least!!
