delayed trips and ditched
Honestly depends on the driver, horrible system. You’d think for suburbs with no PTV they’d compensate with something functional. Bus’s are almost always delayed and my bus has just gone completely off the agreed meeting point and ditched me. Horror service.
Not so flexible
It would be ideal if we could book the ride at least 3-4 hours before the time instead of the day before. Also, it will help when the confirmation is provided if the rider can be given options for another time slot closer to the original request instead of being forced to take a ride that is much earlier or later than the originally requested time.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t function . You won’t find a booking for anything . Not even weeks in advance. It simply doesn’t work . PTV please take note
Frequent Cancellations!
Booked a few trips through the app, and they have all been cancelled a few minutes before the ride was scheduled to arrive! A waste of time! Don’t use this service at all!
