Not so flexible
It would be ideal if we could book the ride at least 3-4 hours before the time instead of the day before. Also, it will help when the confirmation is provided if the rider can be given options for another time slot closer to the original request instead of being forced to take a ride that is much earlier or later than the originally requested time.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t function . You won’t find a booking for anything . Not even weeks in advance. It simply doesn’t work . PTV please take note
Frequent Cancellations!
Booked a few trips through the app, and they have all been cancelled a few minutes before the ride was scheduled to arrive! A waste of time! Don’t use this service at all!
FlexiRide Melton
App easy to download and booked trips. Drivers staff are ontime and always friendly and help 👌🏼😊
WORST APP
I’m updating my review of FlexiRide Melton South because I’ve realized this app is terrible! The system has been down for two days, and when I called customer service, they suggested I delete the app—big mistake. Now, I can’t log back in, and the issue still isn’t resolved. Customer service hasn’t been helpful and even comes across as passive-aggressive. The drivers are also often late, sometimes by hours, and some have been quite rude to customers. For any new customer just don’t get the app you’ll be disappointed (especially if you work and the bus was your efficient way of commuting)
