a great service and much needed when it is your only choice due to isolation.
you get to know the drivers well and the majority are friendly and go out of their way to help and be as flexible as they can with an app that definitely needs an update.
sadly there is always that one driver who is the complete opposite.

App needs work
The tracking system sometimes just shows a blue screen, took me ages to finally realise it was zoomed into the ocean for some reason. I’ve had to cancel the bus multiple times and order and uber because it all of a sudden changes my time to be an hour later, despite booking 7 days ahead of time. Or the bus will get to me ridiculously early. Need a better system for the bookings so it runs on time and doesn’t have massive delays. If I don’t book 7 days in advance, I usually can’t get a booking unless it’s at a quiet time. Never can use the “leave now” function as there’s never any busses available. They need more busses to accomodate everyone who is booking it and have it running smoothly.

It’s good for getting around Gawler but can be hard to get in.
