When you can actually book they r great but VERY RARE can get one at a time required, I would rather an actual bus service so my kids can get to school but instead they have to walk 25min rain hail or shine

Terrible experience tonight booked bus 14 min wait time ok pick up address wrong cancel and rebooked wait time went to 44 min and wrong pick up address Arrived at correct pick up address and original bus was waiting ? Then was told to get of the bus and 2 other people in the same situation rang the contact number and told there’s nothing they could do as the system is ran form a other country and that world we live in was answer l was given this is not the first time this happened I look forward to hearing your reply . Could wait more then 2 mins especially when your schedule doesn’t align with trains and then the next one isn’t for 25 minutes-45 mins away
Disappointed
I booked 11 hours ahead of time. Been waiting for ages at my point of origin. Then my rides kept on postponing. Then it did not arrived. Then it was cancelled. And I just received a noticed that I missed because I wasn’t in my location pick up. When in fact I’ve been waiting there 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled pick up. I monitored the bus . It never came to my area. So disappointed.

Booking not accurate
I booked for a flexiride, no dramas - bus came on time like it said it would, however the driver didn’t have my name in the system but the bus was reserved for someone else but for the same bus? The driver was also confused and so I need to wait for another 20 mins for another bus and hope my name comes? If this app isn’t ready take it down and do some more test before you release it to the public.

Cancelled rides
Service has been good but when you cancel a ride and say the next one is 80 minutes away this is totally unacceptable!! Walked home after a major op. Not happy to say the least!!

TIMING IS CRAZY I booking it for 3:40 and finally got on at 4:30 making me wait for a whopping 50 MINUTES it’s actually so bad and never take it in the mornings you will guarantee you will be late SOMEONE FIX THIS
Poor bus service and customer service
Never come on time. I am using from 2 years always had issues with app and the customer service is very poor they didn’t pick the call when we call. Even they sound link they don’t care they just listen and didn’t do anything vet frustrating. Due to this I have missed my train ample of time, because of this late for my work.

The app does have occasional timing glitches, but the local bus drivers in my area are nothing short of amazing. Traveling around Croydon, Chirnside Park, Mooroolbark, and Lilydale is made so much better thanks to their hard work and dedication. I’m so thankful for the service they provide to our community. Big thanks to the app team and all the bus drivers out there! 🩵

Your new drivers need proper training so I don’t need to wait for 35 minutes to get my booked servic
This is so bad.. Your new drivers never on time… always 20-30 minutes late… I don’t book the to walk around.. I go to work and home.. I pay foul fare … deserve better service… old drivers are best but new drivers 0 stars rating very very upset
Professional and excellent service
Team is very professional. FlexiRide service app is easy to navigate and the service provide by the team gives seamless experience in the daily commute.
Wait time too long
wait time takes ages, i booked it to come at 4:26 it came at 4:41 I had to wait for 20 extra minutes. Not satisfactory.
