Never loads
I would give it zero stars if I could this app never load even though Im WI-FI OR WHEN I HAVE 5 lines
Terrible
The app has to be redownloaded so many times or takes forever to load and the buses just straight up don’t come sometimes. Don’t rely on this or google maps.

My drivers have been very friendly and helpful to me I normally take 3 different routes throughout the day they understand I have a prosthetic and make things as easy for me that they can
Just as bad as the website
After ever single search you have uninstall it and reinstall it, otherwise it’s the loading circle of doom. Same for the website, you have to delete the browser history and refresh the page or the search glitches. If further routes to the casino are being added, fix the app so people will be more inclined to use the bus.
