Transit on demand is one of the worst ideas ever conceived
Hot garbage
Please go back to the drawing board. Bring back old routes with this new frequency and just add more stops. On demand is just garbage. I watched my bus drive past twice because the app and pulse agents were all confused on the right stop to go to freaking Mac island of all places. You will wait until kingdom come for a bus. The bus driver was also confused. Truly just trash across the board. Demolish this thing man. My true rating is no star, half a star at best.

why ruin a perfectly good system? i’d love to work there to get paid to drive nowhere and sit there as you can’t get a ride anywhere

They should just go back to how the busses where because I’ve been trying to order a bus since 10 am and it’s now 11:40 and they driver will still probably be 10-20-30 minutes lates because they don’t receive consequences because if I’m 5 minutes late to my job I’m at risk of loosing it but they are always late I’ve had one driver on time and I’ve had those app for about 2 months now and I use this service every day to get to work and I’m at risk on loosing my job because of the transit change and on demand and the only time they will do something is if you go down to the red buildings on Franklin and spend an hour filling a report on one person and it took me 4 hours to report 3 drivers

Drivers aren’t great
The real issue is no one sticks to a schedule, you literally have to wait outside for half an hour because they all leave at different times. Trash. Absolute trash!!!
Garbage
I can never get anywhere when I need to I tried to go somewhere past 6 when my bus stops running and I can never go anywhere until an hour after I call the transit line

The drivers are supposed to wait a few minutes to see if your supposed to come I had 2 drivers not even stop for 10 seconds without leaving or cancelling my ride and don’t get me started on the delays that happen all the time or that they added this piece of garbage transit system and removed the old busses

Literal garbage, ts will NOT take you where you need to go nor offer any concrete way of getting there. With this and the terrible new transit routes you will not be able to get ANYWHERE in Fort McMurray using public transportation. Real nice
