Sometimes when I’m in the passenger seat, it calculates me as being a driver and then sometimes it’ll switch saying that I’m in a train when I’m not even driving I don’t know system. I have a little glitch or something in it.
Accountability and Rewards
This app is a great way to stay accountable for my driving and earn rewards at the same time! Simple to use, doesn’t take a lot of extra time or effort. Been using just around a month and earned $25 gift card already. Easy to redeem!
Great when you are the driver, not so much as a passenger
I completely own my own driving mistakes, but very often when I’m a passenger it thinks I’m the driver and deducts points. You only get so many edits a week so most of the time the app is incorrect. Need to find a way to fix this.
this is a great idea
I never realized how bad of a driver I was until I got this thing. How my kids don’t hate me is a miracle. in all seriousness so this is a great app. It’s fun.

Improved discipline on the road
The demands of this app has impacted positively on my driving ever since I started using it. I no longer text or pick up calls when driving. I have also put a stop open any other app on my phone when. I have equally become more mindful of my speed on the road in line with the allowed speed limits.
Don’t try and change your email
They tell you you can update your email through the app but that’s just lies you can only change your name not email address it’s a joke can’t get no real help just stupid ai
Ride share drivers
A must for anyone doing ride share. It provides a little more income for driving safe
Battery drain
I’ve been trying to figure out why my phone has been losing battery so quickly the past couple of weeks. Today I checked the usage, and RoadClub has used 20% of my battery before 10am. This is unacceptable.
Not for people in rural areas
I liked this app at first… however, I was being penalized for hard braking. I live in a rural area where animals dart out into the road a lot. If I didn’t brake fast, I would have hit them. There is no option for this when you’re trying to get your points back… I got so frustrated I just deleted it.

It would be higher
It’d be more like a 4-5* rating , but now when I drive it thinks I’m on a train and haven’t gotten the points I should have earned in more then a week. Worked great at first now not sure what happens. I don’t check it everyday and you can only change it same day.
FIVE STARS
I’ve been using this app for almost a year and I’m in love. I love the cashout options it provides especially the Apple gift card but really I feel like incorporating PayPal as a cashout option would make this a 10 star app!! Smooth cashouts and a fun way to track safe driving!! I love seeing a perfect score everyday. At first my scores weren’t good but with this apps help my driving got better and a few extra dollars in my pocket!! Please consider PayPal!!!!

No longer accurately recording drives
The app used to be great however whatever update has been done has now changed the algorithm. The app now always puts me as a passenger in my own car and I can only change it one time when it's wrong. I don't drive too much anymore so I would like to receive credit when I actually do drive. Maybe they need to put a toggle switch for when we are the driver and if we are going to be a passenger each time we get in the car...just a suggestion

Unfair and low pay
App has no way to tell if you’re a passenger or driver and unfairly registers screen activity with no way to prove otherwise
Hopefully change
I first found this app downloaded it and used it. It was great. I was driving. I was earning points then I could use the points to get rewards like Amazon or whatever selective gift cards they have. Then they updated the app.
Which is totally fine because apps get updated. The problem is when they updated this app. They now said you can only earn up to a certain amount then you redeemed for reward and you’re done you may not earn any more points. So I was annoyed because I was not gonna keep using an app that would not let me earn points anymore towards reward. They said you can keep seeing your safe driving.
I like apps that reward me for driving. I drive to work a lot like everyone else does I go out with my husband or anyone it would be great to earn rewards. I have re-downloaded this app and it looks completely different. I’m going to test it and drive to work today and will give a full update later on my break. I am hoping this app has changed because I would love to keep using this app so we will see.

Pretty good app
I like the purpose of the app. However I can’t get any help over the help chat. Nobody responds. It would be 5 stars if I could get ahold of a human to answer some questions. Even the AI bot isn’t responding. Useless.
Faulty system
Got docked as a passenger (mistaken as a driver). Not a lot of money into and think it’s a waste of time.

Only mode. You have to always turn it on and off. If you forget to turn it off it records driving even know your not using it with uber app. Its really none of your dam business what I do in my off time. Its like having big brother watching 24/7. It takes points away when your not using uber app. You need to fix it I have other apps for gig work. Its design to track you all the time. Which is wrong won’t use again unless they fix this feature. Loose points while not working. Once again none of your dam business. 30 yr veteran truck driver 3.5 million miles accident free. I’m a professional driver don’t need you tracking all the time
