It sucks
It hardly gets the job done, even though logging hours online is basic. It requires you to log in each time, only allows you to start or stop every quarter hour, and is incredibly difficult to manage. I had an account deleted in the app update, including my hours, and the update created many issues. For example, I cannot log my time as I go, I have to do it afterwards, and I cannot on occasion log them at all. The Older Version Was Better
The old version of the app was great. I was easy to use and easy to log previous drives. But the new design ruined it. The times are not accurate, I can find two different total times and don’t know which one is right. Once logged out it is extremely difficult to get back in and it very hard to reach customer service. It now requires you to share your location and it is an annoying process to log previous drives. I expected better from a state app.

Log in issues
New update logs me out of app almost every time I open it, glitches like crazy and difficult to navigate
DO NOT USE - DATA LOSS
I implore parents to avoid this app entirely. The app is unstable and the drive data go missing constantly. There is no customer support. Emails are ignored and voicemail box at customer service is chronically full, leaving users with no way to get restoration of their account data. Do not use this app!!!

It kept logging me out every single time I I went into the app to use it not reliable, but when it didn’t log me out it was a nice app
Horrible App Record Manually
My sister almost lost all her data right before her driving test because of an update. This should not happen for an update or they should at least let you know to print out your hours before the update. Thankfully we were able to get some data from the emails but this was almost disastrous. Do better!

Stopped working with update!!
This new version is horrible. More than half the time you can’t log in. When you do log in, you need to have wifi so can’t drive in rural areas. The ratings is horrible because the phone can’t move. Sometimes I need to look at something on my phone while my kid is driving. Ridiculous. Please fix this.

Student access does not work
Tried many different ways to invite a student. When they get the invite it shows invalid. There is no support. It started out great but fell apart.
Obnoxious
When I started using the app, it was simple to just log time for each of my 2 kids under separate profiles. Then it started glitching and it was deleting previous drives. Then they updated it and it seemed better, but I’ve been nervous to trust it. Now with the new update it’s forcing me to give out their email information and for them to confirm it before I can log anything new. This is data mining for an app I don’t even know I want to use anymore because of all the problems. I’m done. Seems like maybe they made some nice updates, but no need to force me to give out my minor child’s data.

DO NOT USE
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. Not only do logins fail constantly, and I have to login three times sometimes just to get it to work. The Face ID says that it’s successful but isn’t and you get into a loop of saying that it’s successful and that you’re logging in yet it never logged you in. I have multiple times tried to start a new drive for my student driver and the app just loads. It won’t do anything. It just spins and spins and spins where I just give up and then I have to come back in later in the day and manually add the drive. I don’t know who developed this, but it’s awful. No one should attempt to use it. You’ll be frustrated and angry if you do. You are better off writing down your drives on a notepad and paper.

Worthless
Granted it’s free but it’s completely worthless and useless. Logs me out every time I get out and will go days without being able to log in. Hasn’t worked reliably in over a month after they made “enhancements”. Use notes on your phone to keep track otherwise you’ll just lose your driving info with this disappointment.

everytime i open the app the app asks me to login and it takes a while to get it started
Honestly just so annoying and awful to use
Messed up my entire account, kicked me out, and after me and my mom went through all the trouble to get back in, all my hours were gone.

This app sucks
I spent half an hour trying to just set up an account and it kept rejecting codes it sent me and just had me go on a wild goose chase. Just log your hours in a journal or something this app sucks.

The DMV said to use this app, I suppose the quality of the app reflects the quality of the dmv. I would not recommend we 4 more drivers coming up and I will not be using this app to log there hours. Crashes all the time, logs you out all the time and forgets your driver all the time
Awful
Since last update it won’t let me log in to keep record of my sons drives, when asking for code to resent password as it won’t let me log in email doesn’t come through with code. It’s been weeks since the update and still unable to retrieve prior drives. Thankfully have a weekly email from before the update that shows what was recorded.

Gives error message
I used this a couple years ago for one of my daughters, and it worked fine. Now it’s deleted all of our data and gives an error message every time.
To much problems
There are to many bugs and I’m not able to log my hours in, when I do have to make a whole new account. Lost all my hours and have to restart from scratch, wayyy to much bugs

Don’t bother. Great idea, but with the app constantly crashing it’s not worth the time or effort
