this app literally sucked awfully before the reworked their interface. it’s actually pretty cool and reliable now
Terrible Update
When they made the huge change to the app they messed up. The hours are always wrong and constantly need to log in after multiple updates. The biggest thing is— the grading is Always Wrong. We were on the highway on cruise control and it gave a grade of 2/10 for excessive braking and 2/10 for Speeding up multiple times per mile. Terrible Hate this App for my kids hours.

Non responsive Support
We were forced to upgrade in the middle of our son logging is state required hours. After the upgrade all of his previously recorded time was gone. We’ve followed the limited instructions they gave to troubleshoot the problem with no solution. I’ve emailed/replied to their listed support email every week for the past EIGHT weeks now with no response, going so far as to offer that I would manually re-enter the previous time if they would just send an export. No response at all. My wife has had the same problem. If you call the provided help number you just get into an unanswered call queue for a DMV that is not even associated with our state.
Apple support should pull this app from the store until they can demonstrate proper support capabilities.

Decent
Good app overall but if your phone slightly evens falls over while your driving it stops the tracking for me, one more thing is that when you go through an area with bad cell reception it sometimes just doesn’t even track my whole ride.
Please fix!
The old app ran way better. I have to change my password every time I login and the app is extremely glitchy. It will just dump data and now it’s no longer linked to my child’s account.
Worked great until late big update
Worked flawlessly until last big update. Now it is a hot piece of garbage. It does not always record a drive. Sometime “lost” drives will finally show up long after. It is much harder to use now. All the new features are not useful. Previously, it was easy and simple. Now it sucks!
I have to give it at least 1 star
But this worthless app doesn’t deserve even a 1. No customer service, constant logging out, not available on my child’s phone because it’s a Samsung, have to completely reinstall the app multiple times. The level of incompetence that goes into this app cannot be measured.
Fix it!!
Why do we have to login every single session? It’s ridiculous. Please fix it! This app is super ‘buggy’ that there’s is always a fear we will lose all the driving. data. This is unfortunately the only app we can use. The app developer(s) need to fix this app.

Reset
Some of my hours reset for some reason. I had bout 36-37 hours of drive time total and it shows that I only have 26.7 hours of drive time?!
Never works
It always logs me out and it’s a whole long step to get logged in again used to work but now sucks
Not impressed
Nearly every time I open app it needs to be updated. Not at all impressed as a parent. App constantly closing. Doesn’t keep timer going. Logs you out. Very frustrating and distracting.
Update lost all data.
A few months ago we lost all data with the recent appupdate. Over 34 hours lost. Multiple emails sent to support with the same generic response. Also left a few voicemails only to find later there is no help. Terrible app. Even worse customer service.

It is a great way to track driving time. The only issues are that the braking too hard and accelerating too fast features seem on overdrive or something.
Lost more than 10 hours out of nowhere
I hate this app. It’s wildly inaccurate in its ratings of your drive, and beyond that, it will just erase many of your hours.
WTF
This app stopped working and we tried downloading it and start over. We lost all our data and previous drives for our teen on two devices. So frustrating. Still doesn’t work right.

DO NOT USE!! After an update all my daughter's logged hours vanished. I had to set up the account all over again hoping to get her hours back. NOT only did I not get the hours back, but it had me listed as the driver. As others have said, customer service never responded, yet they can keep sending useless emails about insurance and driver tips. They told me at the DMV that there were a lot of problems with the app and I tried it anyway. Lesson learned the hard way. Don't waste your time. You will be frustrated and disappointed. You have been warned. Only gave one star because I had to not because it was deserved.

Worst app created
I am a student driver and i had all my night hrs in, actually i had more than 10 and it docked me all of them down to 8. Out of no where, this app won’t respond to its emails so i need to re get my hrs done when i should have my license by now. Not impressed, fix your dang app.
