This app is the single biggest piece of garbage I’ve ever used. Ads every 3 seconds, app is super clunky, and flat out doesn’t work.

After the update this app has become horrible. It seems that we lost hours and it is so much harder to start an event. You have to wait for for ads to clear and be online even to start.
This app sucks
Doesn’t log drives. It will lose them or reset mid drive.

This is a great resource for tracking practice driving hours. The app is simple!

There were numerous bug after a recent update but they seem to have all been resolved. Keeping it at a 3 star for now.

This app was great a few months ago! It was a stopwatch and you could add in conditions or previous drives by just typing in the number of hours the previous drive was. Now this app stinks! It was updated a few months ago and now it makes me login every single time I try and open the app and I’ve lost all of my hours! Go back to the original version! Lose the update!

I will pay to get rid of ads!
There is an add every time you log a drive. I also don’t like when I have selected location. Off, that I have to be prompted every time to turn it on when I “log a previous drive” some people don’t want to be tracked.
Lost all data and can’t get support to help
On day we were kicked out of the app. We tried to reset the password and that didn’t help. Then an email came with a temporary password because of an update they did. That temp password did not work. I contacted support to even see if I could get a report of the hours my son had that were somewhere above 30 of them. I haven’t heard a thing back from support in weeks. I didn’t keep the records anywhere else and now I don’t have a thing. I should have just kept the paper copy like we had to do before.

Horrible
This app use to be really good until they did a recent update and we lost everything that was saved. Then we had to rest our passwords and once we were able to login again then the app would not link to my teenagers account and the customer service is absolutely no help at all! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Do yourself a favor, stick with the paper log. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS POS.

Worst ever
This is the worst app ever and there is never anyone here to help you.
Can’t get my daughter’s at migrated over they have her as a an adult. And we cannot merge. The two accounts have been having issues for four months now worst app ever.

Meh
This app is great for tracking required driving time and some of the tutorials are good. We’ve found it lacking for everything else. No matter where or who is driving the app always gives a 6/10 on the telematics. Also distance tracking is often inaccurate. And the Life360 app every time you change screens is pretty annoying.

i always have to log back in whenever i use this, pissing me off every time i use this app but i have to for my hours, please fix this issue or else you can keep this one star review
Buggy app
This app constantly logs me out, requiring me to re-enter my password despite having done so the day prior the app does not have a way to tell that the students drive was partially on the highway, and then partially over local roads, which is frustrating as the student is penalized for things like rapid acceleration because she is entering the highway all in all I do not find this app to be a positive experience as a parent. By the way, I drove under my own profile and had it rate my performance and I was very careful to try to meet all metrics and was told that I still got a two out of 10 in acceleration in my daughter’s 2012 Honda Civic, which couldn’t accelerate quickly if it was going downhill being chased by an 18 wheeler

Update ruined RoadReady
I had been using RoadReady before its 2026 update (making life awful). I just got told by the app I was done with getting all my 10 night hours; however, upon going to my Drivers Ed teacher I was told I need 15 NOT 10 (for Virginia Behind the Wheel requirements). So big thanks to the RoadReady team for making me need 4 more hours and getting behind my peers because I trusted you! :)

Practically Useless
App updated. My son ended up with a "legacy account" and one with his email. Could only get in touch with someone to help via Facebook. That contact tried to help and when it didn't work, I got ghosted. Can't enter in accurate times. Can't even log in with biometrics. Why won't you guys help?!
Data makes no sense
Doesn’t matter how you drive, ratings don’t make sense. Only good thing is logging time. Pay no attention to the evaluation.
Confusing app
It is a horrible app and it is very hard to login. Use a different app before you log any on this one.
It’s ok, check the telemetry metrics
Acceleration Behavior Rating is broken. We’ve had 18 drives with exactly the same rating with 2.3 accelerations per mile. We’ve made a joke out of it since it is wildly inaccurate. Last time it was different was 8/1/2026. Everything else provides adequate feedback.
