I have used this taxi firm and app for a long time now. And out of the blue after an update Apple Pay has now stopped working and work let me book or prebook my taxiâs anymore.

Do not trust estimated fare
Driver followed all Sat nav instructions, meter fare was considerably higher than booking estimate.

I decided to try this app because paying by card with wheels is slow and requires waiting on the phone for multiple minutes.
I booked taxis twice on this app from a very well known big tescos.
The prices are insane compared to other taxis. 6.30 compared to 4.00.
Both times I watched the taxi on the map move far away from my dot, call me while theyâre nowhere near me on the map. And one of them scolded me and was rude saying it was my fault when i had booked the correct location and my map proved it! I tipped ÂŁ1 for the trouble and moved on.
Going back to wheels.

Confusing
App suggested time for pick up which was not accurate. Gave price for fare which I accepted but then took 20% more from bank. Meter at end of journey was same as original quote. Digging further into the app suggests the extra money taken is only a holding amount and will be adjusted later. Not up to Uber standardsâŚ.

Disappointing
Every single time using this has been a bad experience. Theyâre either taking ages and customer service tells me they wonât be long, drivers are dumb or taxis donât show up. Canât see drivers numbers or track them either so I find the app completely pointless. Going back to Uber I think at least I can see whatâs actually going on and avoid disappointment

I would bother using the app, never finds a taxi even if you book well in advance! Despite ringing and being told a taxi is coming still no show 20 minutes later!

Needs more organisation
App is a joke you get a driver and then they cancel on you and when you prebook for work they still donât show up on time which then makes you late no matter how early you book

Takes so long to get a ride the app shows that I have 7 vehicles around me but takes me 30 minutes to get a ride thatâs doesn't make any sense I emailed the other week but had nothing back so Iv also posted here
