Ok so i got stuck on the side of the highway with a flat. Waited a little over 3 hours to be told no one can get me because im “on National Forest grounds”.. On the side of the 87.. Needless to say no one could help me- 3 tow services cancelled on me. Now I wouldn’t necessarily be that mad if I got a refund, in fact i wouldn’t even blame them for the lack of service. But even after getting confirmation from one of their customer service reps that because of my situation and the fact that I DIDNT CANCEL, and it was that they couldn’t help me- I would get a full refund (INCLUDING THE CANCELLATION FEE)
I have in fact sent multiple requests and I have heard nothing back for weeks.
Their customer service reps are nice but the system sucks. Nothing communicates within their system. Oh you want to talk to someone about a refund? Doable. Them actually doing anything about it? Good Luck. “Oh just go to our website” (That doesn’t work) and whoever is on the other end of things that reads the requests- Thanks for nothing. If you get screwed, don’t count on them. You might only lose $100, but let me tell you- anyone is worth calling over this service.

Report them and spread awareness
90dollar cancellation fee, difficult to contact, nobody shows up.
Pin was improperly placed on map despite correct address, tow company was a cell phone number, that nobody answered. Lot of very sketchy things. 90dollar cancellation fee. It comes across as them waiting you out to get paid.
Never works
This app requires that you frequently reset your password and doesn’t update your membership automatically. It is helpful to use when it works, otherwise a waste of time. AAA get some real people back in the mix and get us out of the AI endless loop. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with your service.

Don’t Use
Waited an hour and 45 minutes on the side of a busy highway. Vehicle was estimated to be dispatched in 5-10 minutes(never happened). When I canceled the service they charged $99. I called they said it would be refunded through the app. Applied for the refund and was rejected.
Scam Service
They charge upfront $200, I called the guy who’s on the way, only to find out it’s some random person who signed up to do “gig”work road service. Whoever is coming for you isn’t an actual professional mechanic.
Then they force $99 cancellation fee even when that person has not even moved yet.

Charged me 200 dollars just for me to wait 2 hours for no one to show up and help me. Then I went to cancel and they have the nerve to have a 99 dollar cancellation fee
Call towing directly
These people will charge you $99, if you cancel your towing service. There is no wrecker company on this planet 🌎, that will charge, if you get your car going! And cancel your service. Do your own leg work. Don’t use this service!!!!!

I ran out of gas on the road and used this to help. they were professional and communicative, sending someone out to help. The person helping me kept in touch and made sure that I was getting what I needed Definitely will use again if I find myself stranded on the road!

Completely scam. DO NOT USE. Keep getting fake ETA updates after I was already charged 200 dollars for the service. They keep saying my amount will be refunded but it has not been. Avoid at all cost!!!!
Felt like a scam.
For reference this all happened between 3 am and 5:15 am. Found this service through a google search. Went through the process in the browser and it claimed an ETA of about 45 minutes to bring me fuel because i ran out. My insurance's roadside assistance said it'd be about 4 hours before they could get someone to me. No brainer. Transaction was processed and brought me to a tracker. Now there was no ETA because they needed to find someone. Not a problem. I went ahead and downloaded this app for easy tracking. 30 minutes later they find someone. About 10 minutes after that they canceled and now a new person had to be found. Fortunately about 30 after getting canceled by the "provider" a friend of mine happened to have woken up. They told me they'd come help me out instead. So I cancelled the services completely through the app. Went through a confirmation and all that. At the same time my friend shows up i get a notification that this company found someone else and it would be 90 minutes or more until they could reach me. I had already cancelled 30 minutes prior through the app. I then followed the link in the message and cancel a second time which was followed up with a text message saying i cancelled the services. I'm probably still out $199 but we'll see.

Great and fast service.
Great app. Immediately the app detects your location so you can be serviced faster. I was locked out of my car. Service went smooth and fast. I recommend using this app. Thanks to the developer and to the assistant who helped me.

Fraud
I was charged 240 dollars when the bill was $159. I’ve called multiple times and have not gotten a clear explanation why I was overcharged or where the extra fees came from. It is illegal to tell how much a service will cost then take 81 dollars more than I consented to. I have to take legal action now as this company is a fraud. I do not recommend as this whole experience has been a nightmare
