Very Disappointing – App Won’t Open
I am very disappointed with this purchase. The app doesn’t even open, so I can’t check the status of my camera or know if it’s working. It just keeps loading indefinitely and never actually enters the application. This makes the product essentially unusable.
Disappointing
This app is disappointing. For an expensive product the app fails to meet expectations. Wifi conflicts with smartphones & needs to be turned off to use phone.
Avoid at all costs
App doesn’t work properly, every time I go to open it I need to uninstall and reinstall. No sound, super clunky, 10/10 would NOT recommend, biggest waste of money this dashcam, so many better options on the market with apps that are actually usable
Save your money
Absolutely piece of rubbish. Regret paying $1400. A $200-300 cams can do better job. Do not buy their products and you will thank me later .
Mediocre at best
Having seen previews of the Windows iteration of this viewer, it is immensely frustrating that this viewer cannot view both the from and rear cameras at the same time, let alone change from on camera view ti the other.
The best it would appear to be capable of is ‘printing’ a single image of the front, rear and GPS map location to be able to see anything from the rear camera. Ironically when you the try and physically print the file it doesn’t even print.
The sales guys tout this as one of the best cameras available. Without even reasonable software it just makes it a dud investment.
