Exceptionally good app performance and screeners
I am delighted with the features of Robinhood app. The app performance is quite superb. The screeners features collating data from different sources, stock AI analysis and IV range are top notch.
Robinhood developers can work on improving
Realised profit loss and its statement features. App users have to spend excessive time in individual trades to see what is the profit and loss. It should be immediately visible in P&L.

I started out slow, just a few hundred dollars. As my confidence grew, I was able to prioritize investing. Still not an expert several years later, but investing is part of my life I am confident about now. Robinhood app got me there.

I really love this app. I am new and still learning everything that Robinhood has to offer. I like it because it shows you the percentage of wether to buy a stock, hold, or seek it. The only thing is that I wish you guys make legend available for iPhones and iPads cause I currently don’t a computer. Overall it is an amazing app and you guys rock.

Awful customer service
Robinhood has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and you have to fight with an AI chatbot in order to message with a representative that can barely speak English. At least the app looks nice I guess 🙄

Gambling on margin, what could go wrong?
This has become a bunch of pop ads for prediction markets and dubious crypto schemes. They aggressively push trading on margin and joining the paid service tiers. I have zero faith in this financial institution.
