Useless for Apple phones
Save your money. The integrated iPhone screening does a better job than this app. I cannot believe I wasted $$$ on this app. It won’t allow me to attach a screenshot but today alone I’ve gotten 11 spam calls that Robokiller “screened” but iPhone flagged as spam.

I am so happy that I bought this app. My daily spam/scams went from average 15 a day to zero! I do still get a couple during the week, but this is such a huge relief.

I’ve got the one year subscription. Can’t believe this isn’t free. Almost worthless! In the last 30 days I’ve averaged 6 spam calls a day, but RoboKiller has blocked 2. That’s 2 total. Don’t waste your money unless you’re just bored and need a full time gig reporting each call yourself.

So we’ve gone from 4 bucks a month to 40? Seriously?
It just doesn’t work
No matter what I do, it won’t actually screen my calls. Every spam callers gets through and makes my phone ring. I’ve installed and uninstalled and reinstalled and verified all the phone and call filtering settings multiple times and it still doesn’t work.
Not good for business owners
If you have a business don’t get this , if you don’t chance a day before the free trial they will charge you a full year . It blocked possible new clients as spam . Hid their voice mails too . Who knows how many calls / voice mails I lost in the free not so free 7 day trial .
Need More Storage
The app works most of the time but I hit the limit for storage nearly a year ago for number ranges. What’s the point of deleting to make more space if I’m still having issues with those call ranges.

Customer support is worthless. App would let certain calls leave voicemails on my regular vm and some on their app. Would take 2-3 days to be able to listen to the owns on the app. Contacted for assistance with no reply. It’s expensive and a rip off.
Worked great for the first year or two but . . .
I used and paid the premium price for quite some time and was happy with the app and how it worked BUT then it just stopped working even though it was sending me notifications, I was suddenly getting all kinds of spam & solicitation calls from the worst possible suspects and no matter what I did within the app the calls just got worse. I tried getting support but with every attempt my efforts were unsuccessful. After months of trying I finally gave up and researched competitive apps and found one that delivers everything promised.

Paid $125 and it hasn’t blocked calls or voicemails. They still constantly come through. When I tried to get my money back because the app isn’t delivering I was refused the refund. Waste of money.

I had this app for over 10 years, loved it! The price has went from a reasonable cost in the beginning and now more than doubled to $18 per month. I’m done! There are comparable apps without paying a $17.99 monthly fee!

I need to block area codes that I’m getting spam calls from, there are area codes that I just don’t know anyone from them, and if I were expecting a phone call from that area code I can temporarily unblock it until I’m finished with it, please allow for area codes to be blocked instead putting the individual numbers in, spam callers simply use a different number but same area code

Bunch of crooks
Wouldn’t cancel after not reminding me about the trial so got charged a year for an app I’ve uninstalled. The app isn’t even very good. Half of the legitimate calls would get hung up in their silly answering function that confuses legitimate callers and makes you look stupid. It doesn’t just stop 99% of spam calls, it stops pretty much everything other than your contacts, so if you’re waiting for a call from the doctor, work, lawyer, masseuse, whatever, good luck. Absolute trash customer service.

200% Increase on Subscription Price with no new features
Robokiller was both a necessity and novel when it first came out. Some of the features seemed fun at the time, like funny prerecorded greetings. But its utility has become increasingly unnecessary. There are no-call lists now and carriers like Verizon and AT&T have their own apps now that perform the same function. And without offering any new features the subscription price of Robokiller has just skyrocketed from $5.99/mo to $10.99/mo. It seems that any app bought out by Bending Spoons is turned into a cash grab. Look into alternatives.
