Maybe too early to tell
It doesn’t connect to the charger very well and 80% of the time it cleans well. But not as impressed as I should be for $1000. Perhaps more time with it is needed? Only had it a month

Unintuitive
I’m shocked the ratings that this app has I find the app terrible still can’t figure out how to set a schedule although it’s called a routine but in any other app would be called a schedule.

OMG! Is really all I can say. I have wanted to get one for the longest time since we have over 3,000sqft of a house and with how busy our schedule is it's hard to maintain keeping floors clean on a daily and besides who wants to sweep/ vacuum and mop floors everyday?! Since purchasing this it has given me that little extra time to focus on other things around the house! I love that coming home to a clean house feel every day, I'll make sure everything that can trip it up is off the floor and when I know everyone is out of the house or asleep I can either make it clean the whole downstairs or just select certain rooms that I want done! LOVE IT!

Not user friendly
Not user friendly and very inefficient. App gets stuck pretty frequently.
Sorry I bought it
I have a big old house, with lots of oriental rugs. The Roborock that had for a month has never finished mapping my grand Flor. It often eats the fringe on the oriental rugs. It gets stuck under my table. But since it hasn’t completed the mapping, I can’t tell it what areas it should not enter. Customer service is no help in fact wouldn’t help me until I sent them a copy of my receipt. my next plan is to put books all around my table, so it can’t get stuck under there while it’s trying to map. What a waste of money!

Excellent App
I have been using this app for about 6 weeks. It is easy to navigate and I was able to intuitively figure out what to do. Since I’m over 60, that proves it’s user ftiendly. There’s AI help in the app that works pretty well. I recently had an issue with the app. The developer was very quick to respond with suggestions and I was able to fix the issue.

Buggy app
This app is buggy. I keep having to delete and add my vacuum. It’s a horrible experience
Cannot login anymore
Suddenly cannot login. Try get verification code, cantaloupe me it is an invalid code. Try reset password, told my too frequent request. Try remove app and install again, got the same issue….
Best Robot Vac/Mop
We have mostly hardwood floors on the main level. Rocky does an amazing job picking up dog hair and mopping. We have cnn it set to work in the middle of the night. We never hear it and we wake up to clean floors.
Why this is one of the best robot vacuum apps
It is so user-friendly and very easy to use very easy to pay your robot and everything’s just so easy. It is probably one of those easy robot vacuum I’ve ever used being a collector and having an over 30 robot vacuum vacuums I’d still recommend the Roborock app and Roborock robot vacuum vacuums.
Login and sign in sucks
Just let me use my vacuum I do t want to log in and and sign in every time
Not Accessible for the Blind
The physical robot vacuum works excellently. The app is unusable for those who need the voiceover screen reader. The developers need to add alt text to the navigation buttons so blind people can use the app. Otherwise it goes against the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Adverts when using
I want to use my robot and roborock think its ok to force adverts on me preventing me to start a vacuum job. Have to wait for a countdown before i can skip. Terrible and my new robot will now be from your competitor because of this.
Issues after last update
Ever since the last update, the app gets stuck on the first page and not once has it worked properly. I use it every day so this is quite inconvenient.
