Setting up routines is a pain
App is poorly designed. Hard to set up routines and it’s not very intuitive. Struggle for ages every time I want to adjust a routine. I’m in IT so it’s not like I’m lacking technology skills.
Disappointing
We had high hopes based on other reviews but it just doesn’t clean as well as other brands we’ve had.
Run.. Fast
Vaccum forgot all the no go zones and settings out if the blue. Spends most of its time looking for the dock. Run time is like 12 minuets.. Charging is also slow so to cover 1 floor (600 sqft) it takes over 4 hours to finish. You'd think after 2 decades someone has figured a way to do this.
Stay away. If you must try a robot vaccum, don't go crazy and just buy a non-brand from Amazon.

Wifi disconnects
Great robot vac unfortunately the app lets it down, nearly every time I go to use it I have to manually reconnect never remembers for long, only wifi device that gives me trouble.
I wish I ordered this thing years ago
I’ve seen some social media peeps raving about this vacuum. It is “expensive” so it took myself awhile to splurge- I wish I didn’t take so long. Every morning I wake up and my floors look better than ever. It frees up my limited time to focus on something else like the dishes or laundry. 10/10 recommend. I have nothing negative to say.

RoboMop
Absolutely love this thing and happy I invested in it. I was a little skeptical, but it worked out very well. Have tons of marble floors in are new home and needed something to run on a daily basis to get the everyday dust while I purchased a battery powered mop and vacuum to tag team with it. Only thing missing is the back massage feature but I guess I can live without that. Definitely works well and was super easy to setup and get going right away. Might buy one for the second floor!

Keeps going off line

All the voices are female
A million language options and all voices are female. Just wow. Roborock, since you clearly think women are the ones doing all the cleaning, has it occurred to you we might actually want to hear a male voice coming from the vacuum?
Amazing
I love this little machine. It makes me feel like we have a cleaner. I don’t think anyone has to wonder if this product is good or not because without a doubt I would buy it over and over again.

Roborock is terrible, only one word “ suck” can describe it.
S7 keeps losing connection
Since updating the Roborock software on my iPhone to version 4.70.02 the vacuum keeps losing its connection to Wifi and hasn’t been cleaning the floor.
Good but with some absurd limitations
Pretty good, but the inability to define more than a handful of routines gets totally on my way and removes value. PLEASE FIX THIS NONSENSE!!!

I purchased this months ago and finally set it up.
I put it in the basement , where I don’t spend much time.

Ipad app already
I don’t understand how they can’t have an iPad app if you’re looking to manage robots for your home or yard being able to edit maps on a larger format screen as much easier than an iPhone screen

A very good vacuum/ mop robot. Really worth it a lot of help around the house
Needs a proper iPad app
The app is ok but i found it frustrating trying to place thresholds, no go areas and furniture on such a small app. So loaded on to ipad for a bigger screen but unfortunately it’s not a proper iPad app it just gives the same small screen as on the iPhone. There doesn’t seem to be a way to disable the annoying tips either.
