Login procedure is a disaster.
Every time this app get upgraded the login security system invariably manages to screw up everything. In the last year I was twice locked out of my account, user name and password not recognized, when i managed to log back in maps and memorized tasks completely wiped out. Sorry Roborock bit this is is way too much maintenance.

Not easy to set up
Found it difficult to set up and not to sure were to get mops for machine
Cloth won’t fit in.
I washed the mop once now it won’t slide back in. Really angry in can damage so easily.
Perfect for my home
We were worried about getting a robot vacuum because of our border collie, the chasing and the hair. First our dog ignores it and second it copes withe hair with no issues and the mopping is a bonus. The set up in the app was really easy as well.
One of the worst robot vacuum
It just can’t go straight. I am cleaning a carpet between 2 sofas and there is nothing on the carpet and yet it keeps going in circles. Been doing this for last three years. Finally felt like writing a review. Wish I could add pictures

Life Changing
This vacuum will change your life and the app is pretty great too! I’ve had several robot vacuums in the past, but nothing compares to this experience. It’s intuitive, adaptive, efficient and effective. To say it plainly it just does its job and leaves me to live my life. Exactly what I was looking to accomplish.

Does a great job
The vacuum and mopping functions work fantastically. Sometimes things get stuck, but that’s usually because kids leave things on the floor. I do like that anytime anything happens with the robot. You get a message on your phone, and you can fix what’s going on. It definitely works better than other models. I have tried.

Worth every penny
Great vacuum it does a great job and we have 2 German shepherds this robot is way better than the IHome we had don’t waste your time and money just by this one definitely a no brainer
Two robots don’t work well in app
I have two robots, and 90% of the time I scroll to the second robot it will show the first robot and clicking into it will be the first robot’s screen. Have to restart multiple times. This issue has been there for more than a year

I wasn’t sure for a long time if the robot vac mops were worth it! Boy I was wrong ! Absolutely the best and so glad I have it to help with the daily cleaning !!!
Disappointed in the app
Right now it's giving me 20 notifications a day to change the dust bag, which I have done. There's no button to tell it so. Getting a button involves some multistep process that includes going downstairs to reset the hardware. Also - if I take it to another room to vacuum, bring it back to the dock but forget to change the map location on my phone, it can't figure out where it is and won't do the regularly scheduled clean in the room with the dock. I mean, the robot technology is great when it works, but the app is B- at best.

Needs clearer instructions
I like the robot but it has only the most basic instructions. I still haven’t figured out how to tell it to do some fairly basic actions. Very frustrating

Best vacuum robot we have owned so far
Worth it
I remodeled 1600 sqft to all tile floors and this is the perfect cleaner. I was impressed by how accurate the map is and how it can detect the electrical cords and shoes. It’s also able to navigate our plush area rug. Having the vacuum and mop is amazing. Cleaning out the mop water is a little gross but just proof that it’s getting the yuck off my floors. In all honesty I bought it in a moment of frustration and I thought I spent way too much but it’s been totally worth it. Recommend.

Great idea, terrible product
I bought this for my office and lab and it was really fun to drive it around. However, this thing never stays connected and constantly has network errors and stick brush issues. It’s petty much. 1k paperweight and I’ll probably throw it in the trash.
