Love the app and vacuum

As the title of my review mentions I love both the app and the vacuum. The vacuum by itself is so useful, and convenient. but when combined with this app that’s actually useful you can just get so much more out of it. and I love how they’re updating it overtime to have more and more features!

This app is garbage

I’ve tried countless times trying to connect this stupid vacuum to this app and nothing works. I am on the 2.4 network, all my other smart devices work fine except this app and vacuum. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER.

Fails to Recover

The Kenmore robot vacuum and the app combination sometimes fails to recover from an occasional error condition , and sits still. I have to reach out and push the power button to resume normal operation.

Having a couple issues with the app.

1) The app says it has 4 modes that includes single room. I don’t see the single room mode, and;

2) I’m having difficulty trying to add a room. I thought it may be it needed to run through a cycle with the app first. But when I try to add location it says no room added, add a room now. There’s no add button available in that screen.

Otherwise it seems to be working pretty well. It does have problems with the area rugs as I’ve seen from a couple other reviews.

Any help?

Over all great

Over all the vacuum is great. Once in a while I feel like it misses entire spots but I just pick it up and move it to that location.

Well it works

I had it connected to my wifi and worked great. Then not so much. Still works on it’s own but after trying to reconnect waisted time. So I’ll let it do it’s thing without connection and call it a day

Not a bad bot

It takes a bit to get use to,but it will do it’s job.It likes to fight with the area rugs a bit.Sometimes it will just stop working .All you need to do is press the wifi button and it’s back.I wish that it came with a better brush for dog hair.Maybe in the future you guys can make a new attachment.
