Rocket Bowls evolved from a passion for unique global flavors. Founders Eric and Eun Kyung have been in the hospitality industry for 20 years managing, consulting, and owning restaurants in Missouri from Springfield to St Louis at places such as Silk Road Chinese Buffet, Soo’s Korean Restaurant, Area14 Sushi and Lounge, Lucky Fish, Takaya New Asian, and most known for Tani Sushi Bistro. Rocket Bowls has become a culmination of some of the best flavors they have developed over these many years brought to the guest in a fast casual yet modern and hip environment. They continue to work with technology partners to increase convenience and speed for the consumer with a mobile app coming soon. It has been a privilege to work with such a progressive project in the Greenville Smart building and strive to become a national franchise with the genesis beginning in Greenville.
