Consult a Lawyer
I like everything from this app the only matter I’m not satisfied with is the Consult a Pro. I had a bad experience, I made the appointment to have a phone conversation with an attorney at 4:00 PM and he called me at 4:15 PM, I’m ok with that, he apologized and explained me he was busy. Anyways I explained him my case and he told me he can help me with that, then he received a phone call and said it was important and he needed to hang up, that he will call me as soon as he finishes that call. He never called me, I entered into the platform and check the status concluded with the attorney’s explanation of what we talked and what he told me. Great I thought he was going to help me as he told me, but I spent two weeks leaving messages every other day that I would like to hire him and he never called me back.

Amazing Service
From looking into things like AdobeSign and DocuSign, after learning that sending documents for signature was “included” with the Rocket Lawyer subscription, it made shutting those two services down, a no brainer!
The document signing process is the same, but the BENEFIT of Rocket Lawyer (though a bit more pricey from my experience), is that you can create legitimate, State Compliant, legal documents on Rocket Lawyer.
The process to “generate” the document on Rocket Lawyer, followed by the ability to download and “customize” it, then re-upload it back to the site set up signings was a gift!
The ability to then track the signing of documents, as the initiator of the process, when there is more than one signer is also a major help.
The thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that setting up the “flow” of the signing is inconsistent and not well explained, (if at all).
Additionally, when having multiple documents to send to the same group of people, you have to set the people up in EACH document, versus being able to save your signers and select them from your list of saved signers. These issues are frustrating and time-consuming/wasting.
Admittedly though, I “didn’t” really look around enough to see if I could set this up. But, you would think that during a given login session, your signers would be saved for reuse, on other documents set for signing during that session.
Finally, and though this isn’t on them, and perhaps where another product/methodology might be better, it’s TOUGH to IMPOSSIBLE to create a document where you want to have the recipient fill out a significant amount of data because the pages get overcrowded and difficult to impossible to keep track of, because none of the boxes can overlap, which is also tough to impossible on things like, Rental Applications.
Despite those things, this service is AMAZING once you understand how to use it and preconfigure your documents!

App is NOT working
So I am a Rocket Lawyer member (Legal+) and I downloaded the app to keep track of my trademark process and so that I have access to my membership perks. Well, since I downloaded it, I haven’t been able to use it. An error keeps popping up and nothing loads. I tried taking off my VON and redownloading the app - same error message. I also updated my password- same error. Please fix your app.

Best app ever! Very user friendly. Found every form I needed. Also has great help and answered all my questions and concerns about legal help I needed to go forward with divorce proceedings! Helped me out a lot! I highly recommend Rocket lawyer for law advice and document templates to be filled out correctly in my home, before submitting to the courts I needed with copies to appropriate persons via email etc..!
