App is useless with latest update, it appears as if I don’t even have an account, says I don’t currently have any plans or accounts. Website still works.

Please fix your app when there’s bugs

Not user friendly at all and a terrible ai to assist

If you miss topping up with the auto renew feature, don’t even try topping up yourself. Especially over the weekend. I don’t understand why the first thing you see on your homepage is not a “top up” button. I tried for over two hours to sort the issue myself on both their unfriendly maze of an app and on their equally unfriendly website before having to contact them the next day when they had customer service in, which resulted in them putting me on the wrong plan. The app is junk, good luck finding anything. Rocket, take a look at the skinny app if you want something user friendly, even a brick could navigate that but not your app. You had to have designed it to figure it out. You need to design an app that anyone from 8-80 can figure out. The whole set up is so bad that I’ve turned off auto renew and plan on heading back to a more expensive plan until rocket can sort their stuff out. If you get stuck with the ai bot, sometimes your only selection is “job well done” which leaves you screaming in frustration when it’s not well done at all. Overall, I’ve had such a terrible experience with just topping up my plan that I’m leaving the service. Frankly, I’d rather pay for ease of use. Sort it out rocket

Zero customer support

If your payment fails, you’ll be completely disconnected for the entire weekend until you can somehow talk to someone on live chat. You are at the mercy of auto-renew and have no way to pay for your plan manually.

Customer support

Cm is so lazy on this app, they train an AI chat bot to help but it gets so complicated sometimes because you want a real person to help you. I had to go through 30mins of different prompts to speak to someone. This is such an annoyance and should be fixed immediately. I am a paying customer, I do not wish to speak to a robot, I wish to speak to a CSS!!
