What happened? This used to be so much better for me but now I can’t even get my rocket bundle back. Someone seems to have hijacked my bundle app and is now saying my phone number isn’t even registered!!! I’ve been registered for at least FOUR YEARS so what in the heck is that all about?? I’m due to top up THIS week and I can’t even do that now!! Furious is an understatement. I would like to have my Rocket Pack Bundle back! 😠

App’s completely broken keeps saying I’m not a pay as you go customer so can’t do anything, I am…
What a load of garbage!
This app is just awful. Asks for a code every time you log in and you have to mess about with text messages. If you’re lucky enough to actually get in, the UI looks like it has been designed by a 3 year old. The functionality isn‘t much better. You find credit deducted with no explanation where it has gone. Have to mess about on the website setting up payment card. You guys need a total rethink on this utter garbage app.

Buggy
App used to work flawlessly but now it’s been asking to register my number each time and now it’s denying that my number is a pay as you go number.
Getting worse
Please sort this out as soon as possible , I don’t know any other app you need to sign in every single time , I get the scams etc BUT I’m trying to sign in with my number I’ve had for 2 years and it’s saying I’m not pay as you go , so now can’t top up with the app
