Two times, in less than half a year, this app just completely wiped all the information stored on it. No warning, no notice no consideration. I couldn’t recommend this app less
App is Non-Functional
The app crashes immediately on all sign-in options, sometimes crashing while still entering credentials.
I love my Rocketbook
The simplicity and ease of use makes this product a reliable source for note taking and storing notes digitally. I am more organized and have less clutter to deal with. Overall, Rocketbook saves me time and money. Thank you for this wonderful product that I love.
Amazing!
Got the chance to try out the new interface and I’m absolutely loving it. Rocketbook has been the best surprise productivity booster of my professional career, I only wish I had found out about it sooner!
Poor backend
My years of scanned data has disappeared upon the last update. I am also no longer able to log in via Apple. The support team recommended using the same email address and reset password to set up a password. I followed the instructions and now ended up with an empty library.

Tried removing app logged in to website and app still doesn’t work.
I love the concept and interested in giving this a chance however if I’m not able to gain some functionality over the next week I’m moving on.

I absolutely love it, and it’s super handy, however the app keeps giving me a ‘Parse error 142’ and won’t let me log in😭
Essential
My Rocketbook has become essential to my workflow. As a pastor, I am constantly studying and taking notes. Rocketbook allows me to then seamlessly transfer my handwritten notes into text. This is a huge blessing and I am so thankful that Rocketbook will continue!
Disappointed and Cloud-less
Updating my review from 1 to 3, since the app let me in again after a few hours. Not a great experience when so much data can be lost! Always back up your data using a different service.
Original review: The app won’t allow me to log in after the most recent update. I sign in with my information and the screen fades before I’m back on the log in screen. I try to reset my password- nothing. I try to create a new account- the app tells me that account already exists and I can “link with that account.” I do. Nothing happens. I’m locked out of my notes. If I ever get back in, I’ll just take photos of my notebook and zip them somewhere local. Thanks for not having any error messages or in-app trouble shooting. Great customer experience. Not!

Can’t login
Can’t login - tried everything. This isn’t my first try either. Reset password, still just sits there. It’s no wonder I’m not getting all the value out of my rocketbooks - can’t use the app!
Great application for the source materials
I just really like to archive all I'm working on to their application. If I have one complaint it's that there does not seem to be any way to have android and ios versions of the app to sync my work despite the app having a sign in option.
Unable to Sync Pages Since Upgrade
The ability to scan handwritten notes is wonderful in the business world. Unfortunately with the latest update to the app I can’t sync those scanned notes to my computer making the notebooks useless to me now.

New update broke app
Most recent update broke the app. I was signed out and can no longer log back in. Not sure if it’s getting shut down due to sale or if it’s just broken
Best app ever
I really enjoyed this app. It was a lot of fun. Especially when sketching in the medium and pocket size Rocketbook.
No longer dependable
Used this for years but lately it hasn’t worked at all. Tried to delete app and download again but now I can’t even sign in. Going to find a new app to use now.
App is Dead
I’ve downloaded the app twice now. It just opens to the start screen (solar system) and does absolutely nothing. Is the app dead?
Cloud cards
Don’t buy, scan like normal pages and don’t flip or scan both sides. In general this app when asking for explanation will always end up trying to sell something instead of helping
