This app is easy to use even for those of us that are not particularly tech savvy. Also the bank personnel I opened my account with were so helpful!
Inconsistent
This app is so frustrating. Attempted to deposit checks the screen freezes and it will also jump back to the homepage where I have to login again. And why isn’t there a way to print monthly statements? Infuriating. Now it doesn’t accept my saved username and I have to reenter it every time. Grrrrr

No digital card, if card gets blocked, it takes a whole day to figure it out. Customer service is slow takes forever to update transactions

Needs to offer more user controls
I really like the bank but the app doesn’t have any card management. You can’t lock your debit card and that’s a deal breaker for me.
